Scheduling a test drive for a car that I saw online was easy and I didn't feel bugged (some other dealerships would call me 3-5 times a day). When we got to the dealership, Mike guided us along the test drive and offered valuable information on the car. We didn't feel rushed or pressured the entire time. He broke down the costs very clearly which made me feel comfortable making the final decision on the purchase. “We had a great experience--two of them, actually--with Mike Canter at Sport Honda. Having not bought a car for 20 years, we test drove the 2026 Passport at another dealership, but could barely think straight or get a word in edgewise over a pretty pushy salesperson who turned us off pretty quickly. When we saw that Sport Honda was getting a Passport with the trim level and colors we wanted, we emailed the dealership and were connected with Mike. He was calm, not pressuring us at any point from the test drive through the sale. No one wants to feel bullied into making what is, outside of a home, the biggest purchase they might make. The business manager who helped us sign our paperwork was also great to work with. But it doesn't stop there -- 45 days after getting our Passport, I was rear-ended on I-66 and the car was totaled. While we were still dealing with the insurance, Mike worked behind the scenes with his inventory specialist to find an exact copy of the Passport we'd bought that was scheduled to be built. About a month later, we had our second new Passport from Sport Honda. He struck the perfect balance between keeping us updated on the production/delivery process without being even the slightest bit overbearing. While we hope we don't have to visit the dealership again for a bit (except for maintenance), we absolutely would buy another car from Sport Honda. They are far and away the best Honda dealership in the region in our opinion. And, even more than that, we absolutely love our Passport.”
