After the original review was posted, I did receive a phone call and had a good conversation with the owner. To me this does symbolize that the quality of care is a high standard for this location. To follow up, the mentions below were handled and to great satisfaction. Shoutout to Clint, one of the sales managers who helped to ensure everything was completed. Again Abel is a great salesman which will go very far as he stays in this business. If you have to request anyone, please request to work with Abel and Clint.

Abel, sales representative was good. Communicated well mostly, and made the process of buying relatively easy. However, day of pickup was somewhat less than impressive. When arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was not properly cleaned/detailed. Headphones and seats had dried mud on them which was somewhat concerning. A bit disappointed to know that the add on accessories such as the black bow ties and a front license plate bracket were not available and not on the vehicle at the time of pick up. The one additional knock is that had that been communicated, I would have waited to pick up the vehicle. Nonetheless, would recommend for others to visit. Jim, finance was good and caring.”

“I bought 2024 Porsche Macan from this Dealership. My Salesman was Calvin Peralta. I had wonderful experience. Calvin was very friendly, Smily & Knowledgeable. He helped me with all the questions I had. He is Very patient. His Manager Mr. Kyle was also very friendly & Helpful. I found an issue very next day after purchasing the car about condensation in taillight. I addressed the issue to them. I took car over there & they look at it. The other manager Mr. Vince ordered the part & took care of it. Overall I’m very happy to purchase the vehicle from them. Thanks for everything.”

“I had an amazing experience with Sport Chevrolet Cadillac in Maryland, and I can’t say enough great things about J.R. (Jairo Ramirez) and his team. “I am writing this review now because I didn't have Google to review back in 2005 when I bought a new Chevrolet Silverado LS. I still have that truck and still remember the great experience I had at Sport Chevrolet. The salesman was nice enough, and it was more than easy to make a decision with the sales price being honest and fair. What really sticks in my mind is the finance department. That's the last person you see and maybe for the longest amount of time. That's why I feel it's so critical to treat someone like a real person whose time is valuable. We were paying cash and were in and out in literally 15 minutes. She had the paperwork all ready, we wrote a check, signed some stuff. She was pleasant and made no bones about it being easy with no extra sales pitch to take up our time. My wife then burned rubber out of the dealer because she likes new vehicles and it's very exciting for her.That joy wouldn't be possible without a caring person that ensures you are happy and still excited after you leave the dealer. I am still happy with this truck and when I think back, I realize that the finance person is a very big part of the reason why. Thank you.”
