“The service department at this dealership is outstanding from beginning to end. I had a miserable experience trying to get my 2009 Sentra driver's side mirror replaced at another establishment. When I came into the service department at Nissan of Silver Spring I was greeted immediately and the service desk had my car looked at quickly and I had a written estimate and part ordered within 15 minutes. The part arrived in a couple of days and I easily set up an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment they greeted me, took the keys, and I went to the waiting area. Unlike other service departments I've been to, the waiting area is very nice. The furniture is comfortable, the coffee options and water are wonderful. My car was done in less time than expected, I was delighted. They did the inspection and washed my car as well. I also appreciated that there wasn't a hard sell on any additional services. Because this was my first time bringing my car to this service department they recommended services based on milage and age of the car. While I was waiting and walked around the dealership to stretch I wasn't asked about buying a new car, like I had experienced at other service departments. I'll be back to this service department when I need work done on my Sentra in the future.”
