“My sister accidentally left her driver’s license at the office after we checked cars for her. The following day, we were informed that the ID was ready for pickup and would be at the front desk.
When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, no note or endorsement left, and the desk was unattended due to a break. When the front desk staff member, Kim, arrived, the interaction was unfortunately disappointing. She was rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic customer service. Instead of assisting us, she dismissively told me to go check upstairs on my own. She also raised her voice, showed a disrespectful attitude, and made the situation uncomfortable.
Thankfully, another staff member, Alejandro, stepped in and completely changed the experience. He was extremely kind, professional, and willing to help. He went back and forth with us to locate the ID and eventually found it on Alex’s (the salesperson’s) desk. His effort and positive attitude were truly appreciated.
Situations like this could be handled much better with clearer internal communication and proper endorsements when important items are left behind. Additionally, front desk staff should be trained to address customer concerns with professionalism, respect, and a willingness to help rather than redirecting customers without assistance. A simple, organized process and courteous interaction can make a significant difference in the overall customer experience.”

“I never leave reviews but i had to this time. I was calling around many dealerships to get a good deal. I finally found a good deal and asked Long Beach Mercedes-Benz if they can give me a better price. They came back and gave me an amazing deal that topped the other places. Alex was genuine and made the process very easy.”

“I had an excellent experience working with Cesar in the Parts Department. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to make sure I got exactly the right parts for my vehicle and explained everything clearly. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with deep product expertise, but Cesar does both effortlessly.
He went above and beyond to make sure my order was accurate and even followed up to ensure everything fit perfectly. I really appreciate his attention to detail and friendly attitude — it made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
If you need anything from the parts department, ask for Cesar — he’s the best!”

“I originally came to your dealership to look at a used car on your lot and ended up buying a new one. My sales rep Marlon was amazing and made the car buying process easy. He was very attentive to my desires and offered cars suited to those likes. Marlon was super patient with me and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about each car and took time to go over all the features. Marlon was respectful of my time and finances and made sure every car and deal he presented was within my comfort zone.
Usually the car buying experience can be so daunting, but thanks to Marlon of Mercedes Benz Ontario, my experience was an enjoyable one!”
