“My battery died and I brought the car in that afternoon without an appointment and Brook did a great job getting my car in right away. Lamar Jackson checked me out the next morning and did a wonderful job. Both were extremely courteous! Everyone was so very nice! Highly recommend!”

“Service was very quick and professional! They sent a highlight reel video of the inspection being performed, and a convenient quote form for approving all services beforehand. Service turnaround was only one day despite my not having an appointment and it being the day before a holiday. Lamar Jackson was very helpful and provided updates at each phase of work. Also, they have a helpful veteran's discount!”

“I brought my GLE 350 for schedule B1 maintenance and as an added service my car was washed. I did not know that I could have requested not to have my car washed because I would have. It was washed and shined yesterday and whoever washed it did not dry it off with a towel. It now has water runs spots on it.”

“I can not stand this dealership!!! I was giving a service writer that is completely uneducated and will absolutely never answer his phone. My first experience was a manufacture defect on my dash. I have a 2024 Sprinter van and on the dash are Lids to compartments and one was delaminated. I took it in to get replaced. He asked me to leave my van for a couple of days so he could look at it. I say its right there look at it. it doesn't take a couple days to see that its broken. So when I bring it in for the replacement door the center door doesn't want to open due to rubbing. I let him know and the next day there are cut marks ALL over my brand new dash. less than 2k miles on my van and its cut up with a razer blade. The new door that was installed doesn't sit like the others so its an eyesore. The must have pealed up on the corner of the airbag because to not flush with the dash now. The tech seemed to be eating popcorn in my van because they left their trash in the van. I have asked many time to talk to the service manager and never once received a call back. I was letting all that slide for now but yesterday my van needs a service A after I find out is a 410 Oil Change, that takes an entire day. Dropped of at 830AM and at 430 and 6 Phone calls later because the service writer will not pick up his phone. I head to the dealership to pick up my van and they over filled it with oil and the service writer started telling me that they couldn't check the oil level because "The scanner will only talk to the vehicle so many times" The very first thing that pops up in the dash is The oil level and it says "Reduce Engine Oil Level" But they need a scanner to check it? $410 for a oil change that they cant even do that rights so this place is ZERO for TWO no way in hell will I ever let them have a 3rd shot. With that said the other service writer Mike was cool I enjoyed talking to him. Great guy. He seems to care from what I heard him talking on the phone.”
