ā€œTook my 2025 Ford Maverick XLT in for my first oil change. Everything went smoothly and everything was checked out thoroughly during the multi-inspection and no problems found. I was treated respectfully with courtesy. I’ll probably return in 5,000 miles for my next service. AAA+++ā€

ā€œāļøāļøāļøāļøāļø I hate shopping for a car! Testdriving new cars is always fun, it's the pushy, bully salesmen that make the whole experience awful, then couple that with six hours of paperwork! 😩 Well, that was NOT what happened at Group 1 Ford! I had an outstanding purchasing experience at Group 1 Ford in Shreveport. My salesman was Samuel, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!ā€

ā€œI had given them 4āļøs but today I am editing my review down to 1 āļø. I had brought my car again for oil change which is $70 with multi point inspection. I was called for a tune up recommend service which is $260. It was ok whatever needs to be done but not even 2 weeks it rained on my way to work and I had to use my windshield wipers. Windshield wiper light came on and says windshield fluid low! It says they did a multi-point inspection when I did my oil change less 2 weeks ago. I paid &397. 04 and they didn’t tap off my windshield wiper fluid off? How do I even trust them that they did the tune up? I called their service manager Hailey Peters but she’s always busy or out to lunch or with a customer that she’ll call me back. I am a customer too and it seems like they afraid to answer phones calls cause they know they messed up. I’m going to call their corporate instead. By the way I found a tag saying they want to buy my car for $8,000?! They didn’t do what they say they did and checked off the multi-inspection list.ā€

ā€œI seriously dislike the process of shopping for vehicles. It’s always a stressful experience and usually ends up with making a long drive to another state to get exactly what I want. But this time was a pleasant surprise due to the level of service I received from Costa Braina at Group One Rountree Ford here in Shreveport, LA. I was initially interested in a Used Toyota Tacoma that I saw on the used lot. But one test drive let me know I was shopping for the wrong vehicle. Costa introduced me to a Ford Ranger which was far more truck with 4-wheel drive as well. Over 2-3 days he managed to answer every question, respond to every text and call, while also managing to work well within my requirements -like: must be still under warranty and eligible for extended coverage; must have everything on my required options list; must be close to my target price (he beat that by $4k!); and must still smell brand new! He met or exceeded every little detail. I could not be happier! And the whole process took less than 4 days total. My hat is off to Costa and to Group One! Well done!ā€

ā€œDisclosure: this was when the dealership was under the Roundtree name. I had a very long ordeal with the service department that ended up costing me thousands that was not needed. I brought my truck in for a noise coming from the front driver side wheel. I had the suspicion that it was the IWE actuator because I changed the check valve, solenoid, and hoses running to the actuators. The mechanic said that my solenoid wasn’t producing enough vacuum to disengage the actuator so I said go ahead and change it. Well they change the solenoid but they ended up removing the check valve and capping the vacuum so the front CV axles were spinning all the time now. Didn’t tell me any of this and still hear the noise. I bring it back saying I’m still hearing the noise so the mechanic said my brakes are in bad shape and should be the fix for the issue. So I get new brake and had the rotors milled to save money. That didn’t fix it either. So I assumed that the rotors must be the reason so I brought it back and got new rotors and pads to make sure it wasn’t anything to do with the brakes. The noise was still there. I bring the truck back in again and said I had the same noise let’s please find out what’s wrong so I can be done. The mechanic says it’s the hub assembly on the driver side. So I said let’s get it done. They replaced the hub assembly on the passenger side… And I still heard the noise… I bring it back the same day and they said they will change it to the correct side. I get the call that I need to come drive it around to try and let the mechanic hear the noise so I do and I ask if he changed the hub assembly to the driver side to which he says yes. It still made the noise but the mechanic was finally able to diagnosis the issue being the IWE ACTUATORS (please see my first paragraph.) I was quoted just the parts to fix it and decide it was something I could do. I changed out my IWE actuators today (which fixed the noise) and would you know it, the brand new hub assembly was on the passenger side. So the mechanic lied to me. My service advisor was really nice and I know she was just the messenger so I don’t blame her. The mechanic on the other did not do his job. It’s frustrating that my original suggestion was overlooked and not looked into further and cost me my hard earned money that didn’t need to be spent.ā€
