“If I could give zero stars or a negative review, I would. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this dealership. After confirming multiple times that a specific pre-owned vehicle was available, one we fully intended to purchase and that my son had his heart set on, we drove over 3 hours in inclement weather to get there. Upon arrival, we were told the car had been sold. No call, no update, no courtesy, just a complete disregard for our time and expectations. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. If you value honesty and reliability, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.”
