“I don't like writing negative reviews but I also don't like car dealerships that say they have transparency and then forget to say that you needed to finance ($1,000 off) and have a trade-in ($1,000 off). So the car was actually $2,000 more than the price I saw and the price I saw was reasonable, not even great. Both the salesman and the manager told me that all I had to do with the price I saw advertised was add a fee and tax and that was my price. They "assumed"...I was financing and had a trade-in. Not every dealership does this game and people looking for a car learn it quickly. Apparently not quickly enough for me. I know of this trick but heard the man repeat over and over that the price was what I saw. And then the surprised voice of - oh you aren't financing? Please beware of these tricks. Also, the salesman put me on hold while he got me the approx final price out the door - what I ask them to send me to help me determine there aren't any tricks or fees etc I am missing. Not sure if the salesman realized it or not but he didn't return in 20 minutes while I held on the phone and then the call dropped. That is when I got to speak to the manager when I called back. Just be careful of tricks used because if you see these, what else are you missing? Good luck with car shopping!”

“If I could give this place more stars I absolutely would. I came in today looking to get into another vehicle budget friendly ( so my husband wouldn’t me upset ). I got a Sentra at first… don’t know my train of thought on that completely. However my husband saw it and was not a fan.. I called our sales rep Tim Pickett, I asked if I could bring the Sentra back and look into the pathfinders. They absolutely were amazing for my second experience. Trey hood (financing) did amazing, he helped us in many ways especially with being returning costumers. Tim was amazing overall 10/10. I did not have my husband with me so with both vehicles and the final being the pathfinder, he switched my kids car seats, installed my son’s camera. Switched over other baby things we had in the vehicle. My son is almost 2 months old so when I needed a room Tim got me one privately and quickly! This is not only a car dealership but everyone there makes you feel welcomed and like family. I recommend highly that you stop by and see them especially Tim !”
