“I took my truck to Classic Ford in Shelby, NC for a recall repair. They kept my truck for 4 days and never even started the work. I didn’t get any updates or communication during that time, and when I finally checked in, I found out nothing had been done. I understand service departments get busy, but keeping a vehicle for several days without touching it is unacceptable. I expected better communication and respect for my time. I won’t be bringing my truck back here for service again.”

“By far the worst experience I've ever had with a business, EVER. After 90+ days (from point of purchase ) of continuously calling, messaging, hounding, etc.... I finally have my tag and title paperwork furnished by the dealer for a vehicle I traded in for this Shelby Mustang in July of 2025.... This sales and finance team practice " say one thing, do another ". Buyers beware. Photos attached of vehicle I traded in and listing of vehicle I purchased for record.”

“I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being treated with kindness and respect. My salesman, Dillion, was truly wonderful to work with. He was patient, considerate, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you’re coming in from a tough situation, but Dillion and the entire team went above and beyond to turn what started out as a stressful experience into something so much better. They listened, understood my needs, and worked hard to help me find a solution that fit both my circumstances and my budget. What really stood out to me was how much they genuinely cared — it didn’t feel like just another sale, it felt like they wanted the best outcome for me personally. The finance guy whose name is escaping me, thank you for sharing your passion of football with our youth and my husband will be back in a few years to make sure he wins rock paper scissors. But seriously thank you for being so patient and putting the final touches on my car buying experience.”

“Normal oil service (April 8) turned up several issues, which required parts. Supposedly would be ordered & in within 24-48 hours.On April 21 after no word, call in about parts-part puts me to service April 24 appoitment for repairs (catalytic converter, seat panel, & seat belt buckle). Pick up that evening-Friday 25 PM car begins to smoke-oil cap removed oil all over hood & engine compartment. Call in Saturday, April 26-mechanic & detail unavailable on Saturday so bring in on Monday. Took it in-they pressure washed engine, checked oil. Dealing with oil April 8-all month-finally get a full resolution April 28-20 days from start to finish!”
