We have been dealing with Shawnee Mission Ford for years. They are very easy to work with, highly professional and they keep you informed while the vehicle is being serviced. I would highly recommend working with Brooke one of the service advisors at Shawnee Mission Ford. Very nice, knowledgeable and keeps you informed while looking out for your best interest.

Great experience. Our salesman, Ralph, was so knowledgeable and super friendly. He gave us a run down of nearly every feature of the vehicle before we ever left the lot for the test drive. The process was simple and they worked with us on our trade in. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Shawnee Mission Ford it’s an excellent dealership. Reached out to Adam Fanning he invited me down to test drive a few new Ford trucks took time to explain the different options styles etc. Once I decided on a truck Adam and his team at Shawnee Mission Ford searched for my future Red Ford Ranger Lariat had it delivered to the dealership fully detailed and fueled up. Adam had paperwork ready and he and JJ had me on my way in less than an hour. Brought truck in for a tailgate recall. First time the truck was dropped off the truck was there for 2 days and they didn’t have the parts. Two months later the parts arrived and they cut the reverse camera wire and just returned the truck to me. Now the service adviser will not return my calls. Brought the truck in for a safety recall and the tuck was returned with more problems than when it was dropped off at the dealership. Very disappointing to see a Ford dealership treat customers this way.
