“Outstanding! I could not have asked for a better experience. My salesman was Sean C. and my finance manager was Sam D. This team gave me the best car buying experience I've ever had. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. From start to finish, they were delivering top notch service. The other staff I interacted with was just as friendly and welcoming. A beautiful and convenient location with a large inventory. I highly recommend this location and their fabulous team. “Highly disappointed on my last car purchase. I have leased at least 3 cars from them over the last several years. This time I decided to get a used car and finance, the check engine light came on the first week of purchase. Brought the car back trying to get out of with the 30 days of purchase and was told I would have to put more money down because of the warranty I purchased and also because the car was registered already so it wouldn’t be a simple exchange. The money I put down on the car I purchased was basically gone due to fees and taxes. Had brought back a at least 4xs because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it, each and every time the check engine light came on the very next day. Every time I would bring it back the service manager would tell me it’s not a safety issue so you can drive it until we have an appointment available, keep in mind the car was stalling when I would sit a light, the transmission would jump, and drag before it would switch gears after stopping. I think this was so scary to have my three small children in the car, and sometimes have to travel up to an hour to be to work. The 5th time I brought it back I was told by the used car manager to make my own appointment and secure my own loaner car because they didn’t want to continue to be the middle man with the company they had brought it to for the repair. I was upset because I purchased the car from them and they could’ve replaced the car with in the first thirty days of purchased of the car. Also I didn’t get an inspection sticker for almost 2 months which was the fourth time I brought it back, I didn’t get my registration for at least 3 weeks, and I purchased the simonized which as over $1000 dollars and they never did it even bother to refund me for it. I was told it’s only an extra 7 bucks a moth by the guy who sold me the car. Very disappointing for a loyal customer over the years, not just one car but 4, this really breaks my heart to even have to leave a review like this, I referred several people to them. And I can honestly say this time was a complete nightmare.”

“I had the absolute best experience with Roy. He was friendly, honest and diligent. Went in interested to see a used car and came out with a brand new one still staying with my projected budget. He made it happen! My son and I are very happy! Thank you Roy!”

“Don’t get me wrong I love my Lexus 350 RX and for that reason I decided to tried one more time to have my car done here at this location.
They are good at what they do .
But I m very disappointed that the mecânica didn’t cared much for my car .
I have a light color interior and it’s very easy to get dirty .
I just was thinking why didn’t they wash they hands or wear gloves so when they need to drive my car. And why in the heck they used sit belt ?
This happens last time I brought it in , and I didn’t say nothing cuz I was thinking oh well I guess I will clean myself.
But this time it came back even worst then last time.
Now my belt is really bad and gross looking , I m very beyond disappointed .
Some of you will say get over and clean yourself, but that it’s not the point , I did clean the first time and the point is I want to trust to leave my car in good and hands .
That is why I don’t bring to other or and smalls garages places .
