“Hello, My trouble with Gator Ford started out innocent enough, I brought my 2022 F250 to GF for an oil change and tire rotation 01/07/26-before a 10 day trip to 4 states around 2000 miles, The Service adviser told me he thought I could get a free oil change if they found a oil leak and not surprisingly they found one, Just thought I would add my truck had a oil change there previously 07/16/25 and no problem was found, He said I had enough ford rewards to cover the tire rotation, Then he asked if I had any issues with the Transmission and the Truck is still under warranty, I explained that last summer it had shifted a little hard a few times but nothing too serious, He then advised me to let them take a look at the transmission and upgrade the parts that are known to fail ?, He explained that it would take some time and he would give me a loaner, I explained our family is leaving the following day for a 10 day trip, He ask when we got back to drop it off and he would have the loaner waiting, My truck was flawless the entire trip, through Snow, Ice, 7 percent grades I mean Great, So when we returned I dropped it off 01/20/26, He lined us up in a loaner and said no worries Ford will cover all of it, So one week into the diagnostic and I reach out to Brandon to find out what’s going on, He calls back and explains they are having problems with Parts? He said it would be another week? At this point I am feeling like Service adviser has turned into service salesman and they are needing work? After I returned to pick up the truck he explained they pulled the Transmission and changed out some things 01/30/26, Then after they reinstalled the Transmission it started leaking? Look at post dated invoice for the leak- the date is after I picked up the truck ???? 02/04/26 ????, But he assured me everything is fine 01/30/26 Pickup Date, After driving the truck back and forth to work i noticed vibration in the truck but with stop and go traffic it was hard to feel it and where it originated, Then the family wanted to take a day trip on the weekend, After getting on the interstate immediately after getting past 50mph something wasn’t the same, I then tried to accelerate and had to back off from 70mph on the interstate, The vibrations were so intense, Tried to drop it off that day but my Service Salesman was off, Monday afternoon 02/09/26 I dropped it back off with Gator Ford and the Service Salesman explained they would take care of it, On the second day he called and explained they test drove the truck and felt the vibration and they determined all 4 Tires were bad, and it would need an alignment, I asked him why we just traveled 2000 miles on a trip and had no vibration and after I picked up my truck after 2 weeks with Gator Ford the truck now has a vibration, Brandon Murray said the tires look new and I should go back to whoever installed them, After explaining again the tires are little over 1 year old and have around 10,000 miles on them he then suggested 4 new tires again and alignment, The quote was around $1900.00, at this point I realized the Gator Ford Service Team had milked Ford Motor Company for all the Warranty and rental car reimbursement money they could through myself and my truck, and no longer wanted to deal with me, After consulting with other ASE certified Mechanics it may be in the torque converter or somewhere else in the driveline when they reinstalled the transmission, So at this point some lessons are harder than others, I hope this personal review helps at least one person from falling for the Gator Ford Service departments Practices and lack of Customer service!!!
Never Again!!!

“I started emailing back-and-forth with Juan Sanchez salesman. He said he can’t work numbers with me until I come in person. I said OK I’ll be there in 20 minutes
I arrive and asked to see the inside of the truck. He says OK it’s unlocked.. The truck was locked. He cannot find the keys. I stood out in the heat for 30 minutes, and he can still not locate the keys.
He wants to then walk up to me and show me numbers.
The truck is advertised for 33K
And they show me the final price of $40,205.00
They have a special 1995 pricing on their quotes that you cannot get off of their talking about their protection plan plus.
I would definitely stay clear of this place. They are not advertising the right pricing and try to add on extra numbers. There’s no reason why a 2021 used Toyota should be priced for 40 K.
Definitely not gaining my business.”

Juju and Anthony did everything they could to work with us to stay within our budget so we could walk out with the car my husband really wanted! Great service, lots of amenities to keep people of all ages entertained during the long car buying process. Would come here again without hesitation! See Juju for a friendly car buying experience.”

“Let me start off by saying that coming into this review I wanted to compliment the service department on something before ripping them a new hole.
Outside of the lack of communication the service advisors are quite friendly. This is where the realm of what I’ve experience with this dealership ends.
My 2019 Ford F-150 Limited went into Gator Ford when I first bought it last year, not even having it for a month, but that was expected when I bought it used. They found somethings that needed attention, and working with my previous service advisor made things very palatable. The communication wasn’t what I wanted it to be but he was extremely professional and really ensured that everything was handled at his end.
This last time when I came in, my spouse and I were extremely frustrated at the extreme lack of communication. The fact that Ford thinks its ok that people can go more then a week without a vehicle especially when the work they are doing is warranty work for a new Ford part. I turned my truck into service on the Tuesday before thanksgiving, and it was ready Monday afternoon of December 8. That is unacceptable to have to be without a car that long. Further more the lack of communication and the promises of updating and keeping me abreast of the status of my vehicle never happened. I should not have to call you repeatedly to find out what’s going on with my vehicle, but have a progress report of what’s going on daily if not every other day and when milestones are hit the advisor should be letting the customer know those milestones. I felt like i was pulling out teeth. Between finding out why a brand new transmission was kicking to why the AC felt like it wasn’t cooling the truck fast enough. I got multiple responds regarding all the issues and at one point didn’t find out that the trucks transmission was being worked on until Thursday 12/4 which puzzled me as no one told me why.
So massive problem I have found is the communication between customer and business, but there is one event that caused me to get so furious that it led to me writing this review. Over the last two times I’ve had my truck at Gator Ford for service, I have had a very expensive scent diffuser broken, and this last time I went to pick up the truck there were multiple grease stain on the doors and interior as well as the fact they didn’t clean up after themselves and left my important documents that they took out of my glove box on the floor.
I know of no business that treats other peoples vehicles like this and to do so means that you have no respect for your customers or their property what so ever leaving water bottles and trash in someone’s truck and leaving it a mess is very bad business i have to say.”
