Worst experience ever!! Run dont walk away from this dealership. I brought my car in for a oil change my car came out damaged. I called to make them aware of the situation I was hung up on four times...they would just pick up phone and hang up. Gonna assume they have caller id funny cause they new I just left and did not even know what the issue was. So I'm gonna have to say as soon as you walk out of thier building they dont care as long as they got thier money!! Also I spoke with Annette Bevilaqui told her about issue she said we take pictures of every car that comes in. I said great why dont you send pics to me so we can rule out your shop for damage. Nope!! All I got back was we did not damage your car. Hummm....then why not send pics to prove it. Then asked for her service manager or GM call me. Crickets!!! Then I spoke with Ms. Mcsweeney told her what happened again crickets!! I also emailed the General Manager again crickets. So the moral of this story is this is not a professional dealership apparently if they dont want to deal with you, they will just ignore you. What a absolute nightmare never again!! I would rather take my car to jiffy lube. Still thinking about taking them to small claims court. I would really not want this to happen to anyone else. Maybe that's what they need to learn a lesson. Also I will be writing a letter to thier corporate office in California. Let them know who is representing their brand of Acura. Next time I will buy a Lexis thier custom service is outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and easy to work with. A special shoutout to Bobby, who truly went above and beyond—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The dealership itself is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently. You can tell they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a trustworthy Acura dealership with great people, I highly recommend ask for Bobby!

I had a great experience working with Aaron at Grieco Acura. He took the time to find the exact car I was looking for, was straightforward and fair on the deal, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything moved quickly and efficiently, and the overall experience was very positive from start to finish. I’d highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking for an easy, professional car-buying experience. We love our Acura RDX and would also recommend that vehicle to anyone considering it.

I reached out about a 2025 Acura Integra Type S this dealership had on the lot. They had two 2025 models priced the same as the 2026, so I called to see how flexible they were on price for the leftover models. I mentioned that I already had a quote from another local dealer, Speedcraft Acura. The salesperson told me that Speedcraft is a third-party dealership, which is why they’re able to discount their cars, and said their own pricing was already aggressive. I then asked what the incentive was to buy a 2025 instead of a 2026 if they’re priced the same. Her response was to come in and “test drive” the car. I explained that I’d already driven the car and was ready to buy, I was just trying to get the best deal. She told me the price was firm. I asked to speak with a manager, was put on hold, and then told the manager agreed with her. No discussion, no attempt to work with me, nothing. Honestly, I was pretty shocked. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just a conversation. Instead, it felt like my business wasn’t valued at all. Not to mention, a couple years back they did a bait and switch on a Tacoma they knew they had sold and had me come in for a "test drive". Never again. For what it’s worth, I bought a new car the same day from Westwood Acura, where the experience was 100% better!
