“I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the team at Pierre Ford.
Steve in the service department was truly a lifesaver. He made magic happen to get the recall part fixed when other dealerships were extremely unhelpful. His persistence and willingness to step in made all the difference for us.
Aly at the front desk was so kind and helpful — she took the time to print service records I needed and made the process feel smooth and welcoming.
And Crystal in finance absolutely restored my faith in humanity. I had been told by several customer service representatives that our extended coverage didn’t exist. She took the time to dig into it, contact the original dealership, and get to the bottom of the issue. That meant more than she probably knows.
We were having a really difficult experience overall, but the team at Pierre Ford did everything they could to make it right, and for that we’re incredibly grateful. Because of this experience, we’ll absolutely continue servicing our vehicle with you.

“James Lee was great. Helped us get a great deal on my girlfriend's new car. Classic car dealership trying to tack on fees and such. Do you homework before purchasing but that is the same across the board, not anything against these guys. Could've been a faster process but we walked away happy. Thanks again”

“This was one of the worst online car-buying experiences I’ve ever had — and I’ve purchased multiple vehicles online. In hindsight, I should have known better based on the dealership’s existing reviews on Google and Yelp, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.
I was working with sales representative Angel and finance manager James. I signed a proposal and submitted my credit application and driver’s license in good faith to move forward with the purchase.
When it came time to submit my down payment, I spent an entire day calling the dealership with no return calls. When I finally reached someone, I was told I would receive a callback, which never happened. The following day, I asked to speak with a manager to move the process forward and was met with a rude, condescending, and unprofessional attitude.
I was then told the dealership suddenly decided they only wanted to sell the vehicle in-state. The sales manager falsely claimed that I did not have a down payment ready, despite never providing any method for submitting one. He further stated that he “didn’t need my business,” that I would not receive any service or oil changes from them, and that they preferred not to work with out-of-state customers.
This decision was arbitrary, poorly communicated, and completely unprofessional. Communication effectively stopped after I submitted sensitive personal information, which raises serious concerns about how customer information is handled and respected.
If you are considering purchasing from this dealership — especially online or from out of town — I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere and avoiding the frustration and wasted time.”

“I was nervous about buying my first car, but Peter made the whole process easy and comfortable. He answered all of my questions and guided me through every step, I would highly recommend Peter as your salesman! Very nice and respectful and made the whole process easy!
Also thanks to James and Charles, they also made the process much easier than I would've thought!
Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for some sweet nice rides. I really enjoyed my experience, definitely coming back.”
