A disappointing experience getting an oil change for my GMC Yukon. They run an oil change "special" for $89.95 online. I called to make an appointment to find out my vehicle doesn't qualify because it takes 8 quarts of oil...okay. I'm quoted $119.95 + tax for the service but was charged $160.04. The breakdown...labor $30, oil filter $15.95, G.O.G. $87.60 so far that's $133.55. Shop supplies $5, environmental charge $2, using a credit card $4.66, plus tax $14.83. No matter how you do the math I don't see how it adds up to $119.95 + tax. These additional charges don't seem to be optional so why not build it into the quote? At the very least the quoted amount vs actual is deceptive. The difference is not a great deal of money I get that but business practices matter. I hope someone there understands negative experiences is bad business. *Post dealership update. Chris Holbrook, customer relations reached out after looking back at my invoice and acknowledged the error in the charge. I appreciated their forthright approach and ownership of my initial review. I had a good conversation with Chris and it was a positive gesture on the dealerships part.

I bought a 2022 Subaru outback from them. A month after buying the car I had to replace the tires. They also had the car listed for $25,980 and I didn't notice because we spent so many hours getting the paperwork and the person was rushing me since I was holding him after hours, but they charged me $26,450. So like $470 more (which was the price listed on their website vs. the lower price on car gurus). Overall, the car was fairly priced so spending an extra $470 on the sneaky price increase and another 1k on tires, really just evened the price out ---but still not entirely happy with the process. They are also very hard to get a hold of on the telephone.

Surprisingly great buying experience! Pierre reached out to make an offer on my car. I spoke with Kayla and she was great. She sent me links to vehicles in my price range that I had expressed interest in and scheduled my sales appointment. I had gone in expecting a high pressure old school car salesman experience but was pleasantly surprised. Jared was very nice, honest and knowledgeable. Thanks Jared! I love my GMC Terrain!

I recently purchased a late model Cadillac SUV from Pierre Chevrolet. My experience was outstanding. My previous beloved car had been totaled in an accident and I worked with Kayla to find the perfect updated model that would replace my previous car. Kayla more than met my expectations in finding a replacement. Color, interior, model and options. I would also to give Tony, the salesperson kudos. I feel that we were able to negotiate an excellent price for this vehicle. A win win on both sides.

I had the best experience with Pierre Chevrolet. Laila and Tony were so easy to work with. I called in advance to get the deal started and they were very accommodating. They even went as far as to send me a video of the car I was interested in right before closing on a Sunday. Went in on Wednesday morning and wrapped up the deal. The finance department was super easy to work with, quick and friendly. My wife is over the moon about her new car(2024 Cadillac LYRIQ) . Thanks again for a great deal and buying experience Tony and Laila. Can’t wait for our next meeting!!
