“I was in the market for a 2025 Honda Pilot Trailsport. I went in with my husband, brother and dad. I was greeted by Tyler and Sam, who spoke to me with professionalism and kindness. Sam showed me all the features of the car and was very patient with my questions. One thing I want to note is that Sam spoke to me directly. As a woman, I have had experiences at dealerships where they talk with my husband instead or disregard my questions even though the car was for me. That was not the case with Sam and Right Honda. They took me seriously and this is something that really won me over. Purchasing a car can be an intimidating experience but this was not the case at all. I am over the moon with my Pilot, my “mom car”. Also shout out to Asiel in the Finance department who took his time going over the different packages, was patient going over everything multiple times so we understood. He was both hilarious and very professional!! Thank you Sam and Tyler again for the great service!”

This last visit, I needed an oil and filter change and had found out my warranty had expired about a week before my service (I was unaware of the expiry) and thought I would need to pay out of pocket right before Christmas.
