“My 2022 GV70 rear cargo mat had come loose on the rear side of the rear passenger seat. Velcro came off. Genesis of Scottsdale service department said it was a warranty replacement of the entire cargo mat. In addition they told me to bring it in for warranty service on the sunroof drain system. Took it in, they provided a GV70 loaner and all work was completed in 5 hours. No charge was due for any service work or the loaner. Service Team was great, loaner keep me out and about, warranty work was flawless and Dove, in Service was most knowledgeable on all work performed. Absolutely seamless!
