“Arrived at Dealership and walked the lot for 10min before walking inside. While inside I was approached by not 1 sales associate or person while inside the store. It was obvious that I was interested and yet no one seemed to bat an eye while I was walking the show room floor. “RUBEN!!!!!! I can’t say enough good things about our salesman we met yesterday!!! We actually had an appointment set up with someone else and arrived to the lot a bit early and while waiting We were looking around at some vehicles and were approached by this very friendly guy that immediately wanted to help us. Introduced himself very politely, and immediately made us feel comfortable and excited to start this process. I was trading in my lease for another car, so it was a little bit easier than shopping around a lot, but he made sure to show me all the details of the car I was getting into and make sure I was comfortable with trying out a few more options just so I was sure with the one I was picking! I love when someone cares about the product they’re selling to you a little bit more than you do. He cares about his job and cares about his customers. You can see it through his smile, and he went the extra mile to just make us feel at home and make us feel like we were more of friends than customers and that really made the process better than I could’ve asked for.
