“Excellent customer service for my oil change and tire rotation. Job performed quickly! I would have your employee located in the service trailer, close his door when speaking on the phone or to other employees. His VMs he was leaving to potential customers were very condesending and would cause me to never buy a car there!”

“I haven't bought a lot of new cars in my life, but I have purchased enough to appreciate a dealer that makes the process less painful. We were looking for a specific type of Cadillac and were having challenges finding one. After talking with our salesman (Max), we were led to what would become our new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the Cadillac vehicles and helped guide us to a product that was actually better and less expensive than what we thought we wanted. I also appreciated the easy, low pressure purchase process. They had clear, up front pricing, and gave us a fair price for our trade. It was all done in the comfort of the lounge and not across a desk in an office. The fact that their current lounge is in a trailer is moot (they are rebuilding their showroom). We purchased a clear bra for our car, and when we got it back from the installation, there were problems. Some spots of shoddy work from the contracted vendor, plus our car had scratches in the paint. Their Service Director and their Accessories Manager (Melvin) were absolutely great and made the problems disappear. No questions, no blame, and we were provided with a loaner while our vehicle was being repaired. This is what I want in a dealer. I could choose to have my vehicle serviced at Arrowhead Cadillac, which is 1 mile from me, but I will probably go to Earnhardt in Scottsdale for my service because of the trust they have built. I don't know the names of the Sales and Service Directors, but I want to thank them personally for what was likely the best new car purchase either my wife or I have experienced.”

“I have a 2023 Cadillac Escalade still under warranty I needed to get service for. I live in Scottsdale and decided to use Earnhardt Cadillac on FLW. I had some OEM GM parts I bought for the truck I wanted to install to give my truck a unique look to it. Great decision. Mitchell is an excellent Service Advisor. Super nice and ensured that the quality of the work was A++. Had to bring the truck back in for a minor issue and he was very attentive and apologetic for something that was not a big deal, but made it right. Will continue to use these guys after the warranty expires and also purchase a new cadillac for my wife.”

“Mario S. was outstanding!! He treated me like a queen from start to finish and was so kind and was absolutely made for this service role. He made it easy to get my courtesy vehicle when I dropped off my car for service, because he used the insurance on file and he also gave me options between gas powered and electric power powered I like that optional. And Mario S. was so good on the orientation as well. Made it really easy to understand the court at vehicle. I had zero issues whatsoever and really enjoyed the car. I also appreciate how my final bill matched the quote they gave me that's always really important for customers and it doesn't go unnoticed. Finally, the service department clean and detailed my car before returning it to me. I was so happy and it really needed it because it had dust on it from a recent trip and they made me love my Cadillac until I can get my new one next year. They did a better job than Cobblestone. I appreciate my 10 year service advisor, Mario C., setting me up Really well while he was on holiday break and it was still seamless. When I decide to do my car shopping 12-months from now, I'm coming Earnhardt Cadillac at Frank Lloyd Wright to see if we can make a deal, and I'll be sure to tell them why it's because of the service department.”
