“This past weekend my Dad and I financed a car through Courtesy Volvo. We financed a 2024 Mitsubishi hatchback Mirage. We worked with Jarvis in finance and Nathan in sales. The other gentleman we work with I cannot remember his name but I do remember his daughter served in the military. Our experience was very very good. The process took a really long time due to all of the paperwork that we had to sign. The staff were very accommodating and polite. Even when my dad was getting frustrated they treated him with kindness. The only reason I chose to give 4/5 stars is the process was very very long. But I sincerely appreciate the staff being so kind and caring throughout the whole process. The staff even stayed past closing to give us their undivided attention. Made the first time car purchase for me a pleasant one! Definitely will be returning in the future!”
