“Jeremy M was fantastic in helping me purchase my new Bronco! Great experience. The process with him was straightforward and honest, and communication was great. I really appreciated his enthusiasm for me in making a large and important decision and how excited he was for me. Super kind and genuine! Nicole at Finance was also very knowledgeable and patient, so helpful and made me feel very comfortable with next steps and everything finance and warranty related! Everyone was so kind and I’m beyond thrilled with my new car. Thank you so much!”

“I took my 2023 Bronco into AutoNation Ford in Scottsdale for the first time and was very impressed. Professional technicians even sent me a video of the undercarriage of the car showing tire wear , brakes, and seals which all were good. I’ve never seen that done before. Pretty cool. 😎”

“Christy Denny and the rest of the team at Autonation Ford Scottsdale made our experience extremely easy and stress free. My wife and I came in with a goal number on leasing a new '25 Mach E GT, and within an hour we were right where we wanted without a bunch of back and forth. We'd highly recommend them to anyone!”

“Well, when you start the vehicle buying process, I think most of us just understand there’s not much about it that’s too enjoyable. After a very poor experience at a dealership in Marana, AZ, I was very happy with all my interactions at AutoNation Ford. Sheridan was straight forward, honest, and genuine during our convos about the vehicle. The sales manager, Mechelle, was nice and did what she could to work with me. And Tyler and Nicole in finance were great, too! It was well worth the 1.5 hour drive for me, and I’d recommend them to anyone.”

“The fender/tire flair for my Bronco with 14k miles flew off on the expressway. The fender flair was undamaged and in excellent condition (until flying away). In fact, the bottom portion of the flair remained, clearly showing the adhesive Ford used was inadequate and everything else in excellent condition. Apparently outside parts randomly falling off your vehicle is not covered by Ford and/or this dealership’s warranty. All the dealership could say was it’s not covered.
Beyond failure to honor the warranty, the dealership wanted $660 plus tax to replace the fender. That price included a more than 100% mark up per pricing on the exact part on ford.oempartsonline, plus roughly $200 in labor for, without exaggeration, less than 5 minutes worth of labor… seriously go watch, it’s the shortest how to video on YouTube.
Not only will Ford and AutoNation not stand behind their vehicles’ warranties, they will gouge you every way they can.”
