There was a recall on one item on my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander which he fixed straight-away, and I had another issue with the silver button in the driving wheel - it was stuck and malfunctioning. When the part wasn't in, he ordered it, and kept us in the loop. It came within a few days, and my husband took my car in (when I was at the office), Guy told me that my car was fixed within the hour. Wow! Good job!!! It's because of the Mitsubishi reliability, and REALLY importantly, the service that we keep coming back. We have bought six Mitsubishis within the past 19 years, and our son also is a believer because of our good experiences, and he bought one in Houston last year.
