“Review after 1 year of being a service customer. Car was NOT purchased at Zeigler. I am a different type of customer. I enjoy cars and don’t treat them like appliances. I am very specific and check work before driving off the lot.
I have tried several different service departments at several different dealers. Including Wickstrom & Napleton. Wickstrom was the worse. Techs constantly made mistakes however they had a nice service center however. Napleton was ok but were confused with anything but standard requests. The confusion did NOT give me confidence. To be fair I only used Napleton twice. Requests completed at 70% accuracy. The work was completed correctly.
As a customer of Zeigler service department for over 1 year and several visits have been outstanding. As I mentioned I am extremely specific customer and check work completed. A special thank you to the service department who did not to be confused by instructions. A mechanic that has been constantly perfect. His tech number is 6488 if you are a customer like me. Otherwise other techs are good if you feel like spinning the wheel of death with your vehicle. I am proud to say I experimented and Zeigler service department can provide standard service or while glove service correctly as of March 2026.”

“All the staff at Ziegler Dodge are top notch salesmen and management. They kept the dealership open to accommodate me. They have a great coffee machine with so many different types of coffee that I didn’t know what to pick!! Jordan Cruz is one of the best salesman that I’ve worked with over there because he was very knowledgeable about everything I asked and he did everything in his power to assure that I understood everything and double checked everything so that this was a smooth process and no problems come up later. And just like he said there wasn’t. Scott the manager was very helpful and allowed the dealership to remain open for my transaction to be completed, and he also helped me to make everything happen that I needed to happen and made me smile with his attentiveness to detail! And Vonce the finance manager is where the magic happened and he was so thorough with explaining every aspect of every detail that I could not believe how attentive he was even after all day of doing this and now he was asked to stay even later. But absolutely he did without hesitation to accommodate me. I just wanted to say Thank You guys for a great experience and keep up the great work!!”

“I had a FANTASTIC experience working with Tim Umarbaev! Not only him, but everyone here Zeigler is so kind and attentive.
Tim was able to show me a few different Jeeps and we landed on a beautiful brand new 2025 Red Grand Cherokee.
He truly took the time to uncover my needs and was able to find a solution to finance a brand new Jeep for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone and would encourage all my friends and family to visit him in the future!

“I always bring my van here for oil changes and tire rotations. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and always makes sure to find any available coupons. The waiting room is clean, has free coffee, and even vending machines to purchase some snacks. Prices for parts and some services could be a little better, and I wish there wasn’t a 3% credit card fee—but overall, they’re honest, reliable, and make car maintenance easy and stress-free!”
