“I just purchased a car and I genuinely had one of the BEST dealership experiences I’ve ever had thanks to my salesman. I took the drive from NJ to NY due to a great deal.It was a gift for my fiancee and Ariel Lopez was EXTREMELY PHENOMENAL, he wanted me to surprise her the way i wanted and was willing to help with whatever i needed to make sure everything went as i planned. When i tell you ABOVE AND BEYOND, he absolutely cared. He was as exicted as i was and i will forever be grateful. BIG SHOUTOUT TO ARIEL LOPEZ! If you ever need a car go to him. From the moment I walked in, he was patient, honest, and never pushy. He actually listened to what I needed instead of trying to sell me something out of my budget. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot), explained the entire process clearly, and made sure I understood everything before signing. He mentioned to me the benefits of the extended warranty, and coverages, super detailed and so did Dimitry, although i trusted their reccomendations i felt like i didnt need it because ive added it before on previous vehicles and never had to use it, never had any issues with any of my acura vehicles they are really super reliable. What impressed me the most is that even though he’s only been there about a week, he worked harder than salespeople I’ve dealt with who’ve been doing this for years. He stayed on top of updates, followed up with me, and made the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Ive bought vehicles along with my brother from Acura of westchester, curry acura as well about 7 years ago, and Acura of park ave in nj as well as dealt with salespeople in BMW when buying my motorcycle and i dont think ive ever experienced this level of service. “Mansoor was able to help me get a great deal on a certified pre-owned 2023 Acura MDX! He was very helpful, not at all pushy and was very knowledgeable regarding various MDX trims/what each year offered. I actually shopped around at a few dealerships after to see if I liked the german competition, and I went to another Acura dealer as well as they had a few cars in a spec I was interested in. At the other Acura dealer no one was able to help me or at least knowledgable enough to answer my questions.
