“We purchased a vehicle yesterday from Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota and had an amazing experience. First of all the showroom is beautiful and they have a large inventory of new and preowned vehicles. Our salesperson, Alfredo was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He made what is usually a stressful experience, very enjoyable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, eager to make sure we were comfortable with our decision and went above and beyond to make the process effortless. I would return in the future for my car buying needs for all these reasons! In addition, a shout out to James who took care of the paperwork and was very nice to work with as well. He is very smart and knowledgeable.
It’s obvious that this dealership puts a lot of effort into making sure their team is top notch!”

“I purchased my E300 from Mercedes of Sarasota on 2/20/26. I normally don’t leave reviews but this was the best experience I’ve had buying a car. Anthony in sales was knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. He answered any questions I had regarding the vehicle honestly. Everyone at the dealership was accommodating and patient as we had to go through the entire car buying process with my toddler running around. Troy from finance did amazing at getting me the payment I wanted for the amount down I wanted and the car has been phenomenal. It drives beautifully and we will be returning customers. Thank you guys so much!!”

“Approximately 7–8 months ago, I purchased a Mercedes S550 from your Mercedes dealership. At the time of sale, I was clearly told that the vehicle had no issues and was in excellent condition. Because I was buying from an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership, I trusted this statement and did not have the vehicle independently inspected.
However, during the first oil change, it was discovered that three of the wheels have major weld repairs and cracks. These are serious safety-related issues and cannot be considered minor cosmetic damage.
What is most disappointing is that:
• This condition was never disclosed to me at the time of sale, and
• Such significant damage was either overlooked or concealed by a Mercedes-authorized dealership.
This vehicle is used almost daily by my wife and child. Had I been aware of this condition, I would never have purchased a vehicle with this type of safety risk. The fact that this information was not disclosed makes this situation far more serious.
Additionally, when I first turned on the heater in cold weather, I noticed it was not working properly. The heater does not blow warm air, and at the same time, the coolant (antifreeze) level continues to drop, indicating a serious potential issue with the cooling system. This is another problem that should have been identified and disclosed prior to the sale.
If you truly intend to resolve this matter as a Mercedes-Benz dealership, I request that you contact me directly. All of my contact information is already on file. Otherwise, I will be forced to review this matter with an attorney and pursue my legal options.
My expectation from a Mercedes dealership was transparency, trust, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in both the dealership and the brand.
This review is not written to discredit anyone, but to ensure other customers do not experience the same situation. I strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a vehicle from this dealership obtain an independent inspection, even when buying from an authorized dealer.”

“My wife and I had a wonderful experience buying our 2025 GLA while working with David Anthony Leach. He not only made the purchase experience easy, but he actually made it enjoyable. We found the car online and drove 4 hrs from St. Augustine to pick it up. Anthony walked us through the process via calls, texts and emails and was awesome. “I had a great experience working with Tucker and James. I’m not the type of person who wants or needs to test drive a bunch of vehicles — I’m pretty logical and know what I like. The combination of Tucker’s help and the lease pull-forward program made a huge difference in my decision to stay with the Mercedes brand.
I had actually started looking at other makes, but Tucker’s prompt communication and follow-up kept Mercedes SRQ at the top of my mind. He also took the time to share a few affordable options while we were communicating before my visit in, which made the process smooth and easy. Overall, an enjoyable and efficient experience.”
