I had an excellent experience working with Michael Marron and I can’t say enough good things about him as a salesperson!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. Michael took the time to really listen, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free. What really stood out was his professionalism and positive attitude — he was never pushy and genuinely wanted to help. It’s clear that he takes pride in what he does and cares about providing great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Michael to anyone looking for a smooth, positive car-buying experience.

My girlfriends Hyundai was totaled. We came to the dealership to look at the 2026 Tucson. Yousef Zohdi helped us. He showed us several different options. At that point we had not done much research, so we thanked him and he welcomed us to do whatever we needed to do to make a decision. My girlfriend was very impressed with the car, and Yousef patiently pointed out many important features during the test drive. But I insisted that she look at other cars. So in the next few days we drove 5 other cars at other dealerships in Bradenton and Sarasota. We went back to talk to Yousef about two Certified 2025 Tucsons. He was very knowledgeable and informative in showing us what the cars had. But she, (without any pressure from Yousef) after driving one of the 2025s decided that she would buy the 2026 she'd driven 3 days earlier. This would not have happened if Yousef had not been very patient and helpful with my girlfriend. He did a great job helping us find the best car for her! When picking it up Eudo Rios did a great job explaining the features.

Amazing experience. I had an outstanding time at this dealership. Sasha Bermudez the sales associate who helped me, went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. She worked hard to get me approved for financing and explained everything clearly along the way. Her professionalism, honesty, and genuinely friendly attitude made a huge difference. If you're looking for great customer service and a team that truly cares, definitely ask for Sasha. I couldn't be happier with my experience, highly recommended!

Well, we finally broke down and bought a new car, and from the minute we stepped into the showroom, there was Janine Diehl sitting there with a big smile on her face, just waiting for us. She introduced herself and then we both walked over to her desk. We already had a pretty good idea of the specific model we wanted to check out, but before we got to that point, she proactively offered us coffee and water, along with a generous selection of snacks, simply because she anticipated we might be spending some time exploring the options. So she finally was able to pull up car on the lot and she was more than happy too drive it for us since we were rather nervous driving a brand new car. She did everything we asked her to show us. We were very pleased with the test drive. Went back to the dealership and we met the manager. Talked over a few figures from there with the finance lady Cathy who was pleasing to talk with who had us laughing the whole time. We spent probably about an hour or so there signing all the paperwork. We were pleased with the deal and the next day we came back after they had detailed the car inside and out. They put a nice big red bow on top and then we sat with Jenny Bethell, who is the delivery technology specialist. She went over every detail about all the new electroics in the car. She answered every question that we had before we drove off. We're very happy with thoughts of being new car buyers. We were also given everybody's personal cell phone numbers incase we had any issues with anything which made us very happy. We did get a call back a few days later from Jeanine, our sales rep. to make sure that we had no issues with the new car. The whole experience was great. There were no pressure from any of the staff. Would definitely buy again in the future.
