Bought a new M3 and got the base model as I wanted the manual. Only real option if you want a car that can carry 4 adults comfortably. The kicker is I have a few Porsche 911s (different models) and the M3 has a far better clutch and manual transmission than any Porsche made from 2017 onwards with the exception of the GT3 series, and the most recent 992.2T. I am not just saying that as I recently bought a 2022 911 Carrera S and sold it within a few weeks of receiving it thanks to its God awful twin disc clutch setup. Stick to the GT3s if you want a good 911- too bad they are all North of 300k now which makes the M3 a bargain!

Ash Alce is always professional and available. Calm and easy to work with. Nicole is a genius and is also very good at her job helping us set up our systems and making sure we know how to use all the features! She is kind and patient and very knowledgeable! We came back in for a second visit with her and she was so helpful!! Couldn’t do it without her! We are very happy with our new car. We highly recommend Ash at BMW Sarasota to our friends. And Nicole as well!

The first red flag was my appointment was given to Marino L because he was new and needed someone to practice on. The whole time I was completely taken advantage of it was because I obviously wasn't very knowledgeable, and confident with cars. I was extremely overcharged, and to make matters even worse, the car they sold me was in bad shape. I also posted photos so you can see what type of care BMW of Sarasota really gives to customers and their vehicles. The car I bought has no Hood Prop. There was a mysterious white spray all over everything under the hood as well. The windshield fluid was empty, and the windshield wipers are old and need replacements. There's so much corrosion and rust on the metals under the hood, like the battery. The radiator hose is in bad shape and dry rotted. Coolant was empty. The break fluid was empty. The tire they filled up that I was told was just low, had a nail in it, and it needs to be replaced. The interior of car was filthy, and there was an empty spray can rolling around in my trunk. Such disregard for my personal safety. There was obviously no inspection done on vehicle. David F the business manager handled the final paperwork, and when I was in the office flew past things, and didn't really explain much. I apparently signed up for GAP insurance which was mentioned  that I didn’t want. That was another $1,500 on top of everything. I found out about the GAP insurance before I left, and was looking over the paperwork. He canceled it, but it was too soon for it to go through. I followed up with emails to David F twice and he completely ignored me, and so I had to handle the cancellation myself. I’m so disgusted and insulted by this whole experience. I wish I left as soon as I walked in and regret coming to The BMW of Sarasota.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with BMW of Sarasota! Chad, our salesman, was so great!! We were treated with the best customer service!! Very professional, personable, and informative. Never had this kind of service when dealing with a car dealership and salesman. They stayed way past their closing time to get us in our new car!! I have already made plans to return in a couple of years to buy my next car! My two adult kids are going to buy from them as well!! Overall great experience!
