“Very pleased with my recent purchase of a Genesis GV80 from the Genesis Santa Monica dealership. I got the exact car that I was looking for and at a fabulous price. The buying experience was great too. Serhii, the salesman that helped me with my purchase, was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the car. He was so helpful and could answer every question that I had with the car, it's features and technology.
I appreciate that the dealership had the car all ready and waiting for me to test drive and check out. It all made for a easy and smooth car buying experience.”

“We really had a great experience purchasing this vehicle. The sales team was really great. We bought it CPO and the car is great overall A few days after purchasing the vehicle we noticed the car pulling to the right. We live in Oceanside and we bought the car in Santa Monica. My wife primarily commutes to work in the car, so I didn't drive it much myself. We were hoping maybe the pulling was temporary or in our heads, but the more we drove the more we noticed. Less than a month after the purchase I contacted the Santa Monica dealership thinking the would take care of this at no cost since it was like this when we purchased it. The service department told me if it had been less than a week they would, but almost a month was too long. They continued to mention policy, but there is no policy stating you have a week to bring up any issues. I tried to reason with them that good customer service and client relationships are important, and a simple $250 service like this should not be such an issue for them. They obviously believe I am lying and that this issue occurred sometime after the purchase. I'm incredibly frustrated as this is my first experience with this service department and I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from this dealership. On a side note, the dealership in San Diego told me they can't perform the service free of charge since they did not sell me the vehicle, but they are willing to split the fee with me. They were extremely pleasant to speak with , unlike Santa Monica who didn't offer me anything to make the situation right. Thumbs down Santa Monica.”

“I had my appointment today set up to view a car. I started getting anxious about what to do with the vehicle. I have in case I wanted to drive off of the lot. I received a call in the morning from Ali confirming my appointment for Judy, and after he heard my situation, he did not hesitate to offer me a ride and sent me an Uber directly to my home. That’s where the luxury experience started. Upon arrival, I got to meet Judy who had been so extremely helpful via email. And she was even better in person! She put my mind at Eddie’s and made the whole process so fun. I truly felt like I was being taken care of and like she really cared about my experience and that I walk away happy. The entire office is professional with warm and kind embraces. If you’re looking for a low pressure, highly knowledgeable, and overall easy experience with very straightforward numbers, I not only recommend Santa Monica Genesis – but I would advise you to reach out to Judy personally. Thank you guys!”

“Chose Santa Monica for its great reviews. Firstly Ali and Judy were on top of emailing ASAP as soon as I sent them questions. Without even visiting the dealership yet, I sent over six emails with many questions and Judy was on top of it. Honestly, she sold me before even going in. She had even sent me a video of the vehicle and its really cool features. This made me feel like I had a person that was going to take care of me on arrival. On top of that to have a woman helping me as a woman really matters as well.”

“My experience with the Genesis dealership was hands down one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve ever had. You can genuinely tell that the people here enjoy what they do, and that energy makes all the difference.
Judy, my service advisor, was fantastic
attentive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Carl, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was locked in at a rate I felt comfortable with, without any pressure or runaround. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and incredibly respectful of my time I was in and out in record time.
This is my first Genesis vehicle, and I’m absolutely loving it. The GV70 is an incredibly smooth ride with quick acceleration, next level safety features, and let’s be honest… it’s pretty easy on the eyes in all black!
I would confidently recommend this dealership and Genesis to any of my loved ones or anyone in the market for a new luxury vehicle. Truly a top-tier experience!”
