“***UPDATE*** Isaac reached out and has helped us figure out what happened. The payout was sent out and delivered early January. However it looked like they just never informed us until it led to this. Updating it from 1 star to 3
Kind of sad it led to this but it's not nice what they are doing. Traded my car i was still making payments on for a used escalade back in early December. Come January and they have not paid for the loan on the car i traded in. I gave them a call and the finance team said he would have the sales rep call me since he is on it. He never called me that Friday until the next day and used the excuse that it's the weekend so he will call me back on Monday when the bank is opened. Yeah that makes sense. OK. Monday comes and it's quiet. The week has already passed and again it's Saturday again. I have until the 17th before the unpaid car loan starts to affect me. I called the loan banker and they said i have a 15 days grace period, so 15 days is the 17th. I'm pretty upset about the lack of communication. They were eager to take my money and get their car sold but won't follow through on their end. Since I still owe the loan does that mean the vehicle is still mine? Jk but this is fraud and annoying to deal with if they aren't going to pay for the loan but take the vehicle still. They need to communicate better and prevent these type of things from happening. I understand this happens but if they had the option of digitally send the payout they could have done that as well. I asked the finance team that, he couldn't answer me. How come they don't know what's going on and let me know what is going on?”

“My daughter is graduating and needed a car. We settled on a Cadillac because of its five stars crash scores. At Steven's Creek Cadillac we were greeted by Diane Y who tirelessly showed us around and test drove several models even though it was 20min before closing on a Friday. She took our requirements and found us a good match which we bought the next day. She did a great job of getting the deal done at a good price.”

“We just leased a Cadillac Vistiq this past weekend from Stevens Creek Cadillac and had an excellent experience from start to finish. We worked with Court as our salesperson, and he was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through all of the vehicle’s features and made sure we had a great test drive experience.
My wife and I were also considering a BMW X7, but we never even made it to the BMW dealership—this vehicle checked all of our boxes, and the outstanding service at Stevens Creek Cadillac sealed the deal. We also worked with Dennis in Sales during the final negotiations, and he was able to get the pricing right within our maximum budget, which we really appreciated.

“I recently purchased a new vehicle from Stevens Creek Cadillac. Purchasing another Cadillac was in large part due to the fact that Josh Ortega is my service advisor. Josh is very helpful, resourceful and goes the extra mile for his service customers. This is my 5th vehicle purchase through this dealership and I have to say that it was the smoothest buying experience to date. Our salesman, Phil Davis was exceptional in every aspect of the process. He went above and beyond to secure the exact vehicle that I wanted, actually driving to Roseville to pick up the car personally. He had the car ready the next day, coming in on his day off to deliver my new car. Working with the outstanding sales manager, Michael Nieve, they gave me a great deal and fair trade-in price for my current car.
