āThis dealership is clean and well organized. Our sales guy, Adarsh was great. 10/10 out of there. Things fell apart when it came to sales manager and finance/final paperwork guy. Despite all the polish and friendly faces, make no mistake, this is still a car dealership and certain things still hold true.
We traded in a car and showed up to the dealer with several valid offers in hand (two were in writing). This dealer took some time, looked over our car, and came back with a really low offer. Not wanting to argue, my wife and I simply said, āNo thanksā and prepared ourselves to leave.
This dealer came back and threw all kinds of numbers in our face saying their offer was fair and the numbers didnāt lie. Again, not wanting to argue, we stated we would simply return to the other dealers and accept their higher offers.
This dealer said, āWell the car isnāt worth what you think⦠and weāre going to have to sell it for āXā.ā I laughed and said, āThe other dealers certainly think itās worth the number I have in mind and weāll just go with them.ā
This dealer finally folded and asked if they could see my written offers. I showed them. Magically, after all that back and forth⦠they matched it.
I donāt like playing games and wasting time at dealers. Before we signed our final paperwork, the finance guy introduced himself and stated heād be ready for us in a minute. Before he left, I made sure to tell him I wasnāt interested in any extended warranty or service packages. I simply wanted to pay the remaining balance for the car we were buying.
We even talked about how I work on all my own cars (have done so for the last 20 years). Once we got to his office he proceeded to take an unnecessary amount of time going over all the extra stuff we could buy to protect our new used vehicle. My wife and I politely said ānoā. But apparently that wasnāt good enough.
He kept doubling and tripling down to figure out why I didnāt want to spend THOUSANDS of extra dollars on things I donāt need and can easily tactile myself. I finally had to tell him, āIām not interested in any of that stuff because it all costs money. My wife and I are only interested in buying the vehicle and noting more.ā
Even after that, he had one more bite of the apple to see if I wanted to finance some service plan. Listen⦠if your customers tell you point blank they donāt want something⦠respect them enough to stop asking.
At one point, I stated we would really just like to pay the balance for our vehicle and sign the paperwork. We traveled some distance to get there and we wanted to try our best to beat traffic back.
Please please please do better about respecting your customerās time, intelligence and wishes.
Lastly, we looked up our vehicle that we traded in. They have it listed for $1,800 above the price they said theyād have to sell it for. At the end of the day, this place felt more like a small, shady used car dealer. Overall, weāre happy with our vehicle. But I donāt think Iād ever do business with this dealer again.
Iāve done business with several dealers over the last 20 years. Some small⦠some major⦠this was the first time I felt a dealer lived up to some of the negative stereotypes you hear about dealers. Do better.ā

āThis was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The worst - no customer service hard sell and a finance manager who was without understanding or sincerity. I buy new cars every two years and usually have very good experiences. This team at Stevens Creek Mini - needs to go back to customer appreciation training. I would highly recommend seeking a new car elsewhereā

āA Stellar Experience at the Auto Nation Acura of Stevens Creek.
My recent visit to this showroom was a truly exceptional experience, from the moment I walked in to the final handshake. The professionalism and genuine support from the team made my car-buying process a pleasure.
My main point of contact, Ryan, was an outstanding sales consultant. He was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every single feature in detail without ever making me feel rushed. What stood out the most was his non-pushy approach. Ryanās post-sale support has been just as impressiveāhe even took the time to help me fix my license plate and install the wheel locks, and encouraged me to reach out with any future questions.
The rest of the team was equally excellent. The manager, Ali, was very professional and helped us secure a great deal. In the finance office, Luis was both knowledgeable and transparent, providing valuable suggestions on how to structure the payment breakdown.
Beyond the team, the showroom itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The availability of refreshments and the comfortable lounge area made the waiting time enjoyable. This combination of a first-class facility and a first-class team made for a fantastic overall experience.ā
