“Unfortunately it has been going on since 12/23/2025 i live in ohio the truck is insured in ohio with fl tag and since they have not sent the title info i had to file a complaint with the AG office since we are now in Title Defect Rescission Ohio’s Title Defect Rescission (TDR) Fund exists specifically for people whose used-vehicle dealer failed to submit your title within the required time. Which Carite has if any dealer doesn’t file the title application within 40 days of purchase, you have the right to cancel the sale and ask for your money back.and that is what i will be doing because i have spoke with them several times and they said they was sending it still has not so be careful”
