“Kyle and Juan made me feel like family, it was my first time buying a brand new car so the process should have been difficult but they got me in and out in a day with a brand new 2026 Mazda 3, these guys are amazing and deserve everyone business. Big shout out to Kyle and Juan they are the perfect salesman, it honestly felt like I was buying a car from 2 guys I’ve been buddies with for years so if you’re going to go get a car from Mazda ask for Kyle and Juan 💯”

“This review covers all who I worked with in servicing my existing car and then I opted to get a new car. Rating of 1 to 5 with 5 the highest.
Nick - 4.5 - Service was very good. He was thorough and professional. I just don’t understand why an oil change and rotation would take up to 1.5 hours.
Nat - 1 - Supposed to give me an appraisal on my car but never did. Then he was to have me test drive a car but that ended up with Kyle. Confusing.
Kyle - 4.3 - Sales. Answered all my questions and showed me how the two new cars that I liked worked. Took many test drives before settling on a new car. I don’t understand why it took so long to get keys. Could have saved half an hour. Should have valued my time much more. He was very pleasant to work with and would recommend him. He did apologize for not considering my time.
Clayton - 4 - Gave me the appraisal but had to wait for it rather than having it done when we were finalizing the sale. He took a test drive and got paperwork to verify his appraisal.
Jordan - 2 - Finance. Was more concerned about trying to sell me more insurance packages than just processing the sales documents which he eventually did. This cost me 2 hours and made the new cars experience terrible.
Overall - 3.5 - I am very happy with the new car and have finally recovered from the 6 hour sales and finance work.”

“I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about this dealership and the employees they have working there!! Decker and Sophia were beyond amazing. No high pressure sales, just friendly, hard working, patient kids making a living! I appreciated Decker watching for the perfect car to come in for me and all the amazing help I received from him and Sophia!
Everyone at this dealership was highly professional, no high pressure sales or hard and very friendly. I’ll never go anywhere else!! I highly recommend buying from them!! Make sure you ask for Decker and Sophia!!!

“If you decide to purchase a vehicle there, make sure you request a breakdown of your contract before you think of signing. They will hand you a tablet to sign everything electronically but the first page they show you is your payment amount and term. I requested a breakdown because I was prequalified for the advertised interest rate and they tried selling me the car at a higher interest, and the breakdown showed other fees included that shouldn't have been on there which made me glad I didn't sign right away. Also, don't be fooled by the advertised deals without knowing what exact vehicles those deals are for. It's one thing to advertise deals to draw in customers, understandable, but make sure it applies to the vehicle you want. Even though I was able to get a lower interest rate, it wasn't what I expected and traveled over 3 hours for. I was also offered no payment for 90 days but didn't realize until I got home that it wasn't applied and my payment starts 30 days after the purchase. We were so worried about the interest and added fees we didn't catch it.
The salesman we had, he was great though. Very friendly and personable and helpful! He attempted to fix the misunderstanding about the interest rate, which is why I still purchased the vehicle.
The paperwork part with the finance manager, however, was rather shady and demonstrated poor business practice.”
