“I recently had my Honda Pilot serviced at Stockton 12 Honda in Sandy, Utah, and unfortunately the experience left a lot to be desired. The actual service—a $3,000 job to replace the sunroof railing—was fine on the technical side. The real problem came when I had to deal with the manager, Kate, because my insurance was having trouble setting up the direct payment. Kate was dismissive, and not helpful at all. We were simply trying to get them paid so I could get my car back, but she showed zero willingness to work with us and wasn’t friendly at all. It turned a straightforward situation into an unnecessarily stressful one. Because of that poor customer service experience with Kate, I can’t recommend this dealership. It’s a shame, but a manager’s attitude makes a big difference.”
