“I visited this dealership in 2024 while shopping for a new Honda Pilot and planning to trade in my current vehicle. Initially, the experience was standard — the salesperson let me test-drive a Pilot, provided a sticker price, and evaluated my trade-in.
After some negotiation, the process shifted into a high-pressure sales approach. The manager was brought in and immediately started pushing aggressively. He appeared visibly flushed, and I could smell alcohol from several feet away.
He showed me a sheet claiming it was the price they paid for the vehicle and suggested they would be losing money selling it to me. Of course, there was no way to verify this claim. He then presented a pricing worksheet. When I questioned why my trade-in was only valued at $2,000, he said that was the best he could do and implied they didn’t really want the trade-in, which didn’t feel honest.
When I tried to leave to shop around, I was told there was “no point” because they were supposedly offering the best price in the market. It took significant effort to retrieve the keys to my trade-in and leave.
Because of this experience, I ended up purchasing from another dealership shortly after, where I received a more reasonable vehicle price and a much better trade-in offer — $5,500 compared to the $2,000 offered here.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership.”

“I recently had my Honda Pilot serviced at Stockton 12 Honda in Sandy, Utah, and unfortunately the experience left a lot to be desired. The actual service—a $3,000 job to replace the sunroof railing—was fine on the technical side.
The real problem came when I had to deal with the manager, Kate, because my insurance was having trouble setting up the direct payment. Kate was dismissive, and not helpful at all. We were simply trying to get them paid so I could get my car back, but she showed zero willingness to work with us and wasn’t friendly at all. It turned a straightforward situation into an unnecessarily stressful one.
Because of that poor customer service experience with Kate, I can’t recommend this dealership. It’s a shame, but a manager’s attitude makes a big difference.”

“Had the best car buying experience ever. Carver sold me a 2025 Honda CR-V. Bought the vehicle out right. And still this young man treated me like i was the only customer.
Now lets talk service department. Hence the 3 stars. With the purchase I also purchased a warranty for the windshield. Well with only 4700 miles on the car. Something hit my windshield and it needed to be replaced. I filled out the claim and once claim was approved I contacted the dealer where the vehicle was purchased.
Well, I make the appointment told that the windshield repair would take 2 hours stated no problem please beware that I will be waiting for the car.
Ok. Show up 10 minutes early. Pull in and then I walk in the service department and I was ignored. Finally I ask the person at his desk do I check in somewhere. This individual was plan irritated with me. And he was the same tech that made the appointment. I was there almost 4 hours. Huge lack to communication. Rude. Spoke with the service manager she apologized for the lack of communication from my service a friend and did her best to stay on top of and get my windshield finished.
I have two prepaid oil changes and am willing to give this auto dealer one more shot.”

“This was my second time purchasing a car here. First time was amazing & somehow this time was even better! Same feeling of not feeling pressured to upgrade but was still provided top notch service, a variety of options, & ultimately a great deal that worked for our budget. I went in to upgrade my 2018 Accord to a 2025 Pilot but the #s didn’t work & instead left with a 2025 Toyota 4Runner at a great price, super low mileage, no accidents or damage, & it’s perfect for our family.
Markus was super dope to work with & I’d recommend him to my own family so if he’s available and you’re looking then tap in with him for sure! Also met LT who was cool ppl & my man Dom who set up the financing both times for my cars. They definitely know what they’re doing & how to help you so check em out if you’re in the market.”
