“I purchased a car two years ago from Trax… Manny in particular and the transaction went relatively smooth, but I’ve asked for paperwork from him subsequently and he’s very resistant to give that to me. Not quite sure why but this being the second car I bought from him I’m quite surprised. Additionally, they sold me a car warranty that is worthless for almost $2500. Turns out the warranty covers basically nothing. I really can’t recommend doing business with Trax. --------------------- In response to Trax. You guys sold a horrible product for top dollar. You made significant income from this and I suspect your found out it was a bad product hence you not carrying it any longer. I have to stick by my rating as you really should have vetted the product you were selling to verify they were an honorable company. This is why used car dealers get such a bad reputation. They prey on buyers and don't backup the product. My son is now paying off $4k of loan, $2300 of which is the totally useless warranty you sold us with assurances they would cover internal engine components which they definitely do everything in their power to NOT cover. It's bad business at his expense. Just a suggestion, you may want to vet the warranty companies you are dealing with...this one is a schlep house.”
