“I actually purchased a Toyota Camry Hybrid from Enterprise car sale in San Leandro a few weeks ago. The sales people were friendly and nice. After I took the car home, I found out that the Infotainment system was not working and the car salesman was unable to fix it. I was offered that they would send the car back to Toyota and have it fixed. I decided to return the car to Enterprise because they have the seven days money back guaranteed policy in place. I returned the car on Oct 6 and today is Oct 23, I am still waiting for the refund from Enterprise. I understand that the refund process might take a while. I just want to know the time frame I would get the refund check so I know when to start shopping for another car. The money I budgeted to buy a car was stuck in the Enterprise refund loop and meanwhile, I have no car. I have been trying to reach out to Enterprise to see where my refund check was. It seems no one knows what is going on with the refund check. They cannot even tell me the time frame I might get the refund. Enterprise said since they do not get car return often......May be I was the only person ever to return a car to Enterprise car sale. I do not expected that I will receive the refund check tomorrow but I would like have some updates on the time frame I will get back my money. Otherwise, I have no car and cannot start shopping for another car. I am stuck, just like my money.
*one week later* after this review was posted. Enterprise car sale responded me. They informed me the timeline I should expected to receive the refund check. I finally received my check on Oct 28. Thank you. I wish I did not have to give a bad Google review to get actions. I understand that the local sales team do not have control over the refund check. I think what needed to improve here is communication and set customer expectations as to the time frame in which the refund will be issued. I hope the sales team can learn from this. I think they are overall a very good team to work with if you are looking for a car to buy.”
