“Really nice experience at this dealership. Gavin and Lindsay were very professional and the low pressure sales atmosphere was a breath of fresh air compared to some other dealerships where they try to hustle you into a sale within 5 minutes of your arrival. Test drive was smooth and quick as was the final purchasing process. They even stayed open a little late for me because I couldn't get there quickly enough after work. There was a small problem with one of my extras I ordered but they fixed the issue for me to my satisfaction, which shows they value my business and have great customer service. “I recently bought a car at Stevens Creek Lincoln, OVER THE PHONE, 450 Miles away! I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share how incredible the experience was, given all that could have gone wrong in the process. I was looking for a specific car, and it just happened to be in San Jose. The team at Stevens Creek Lincoln, just did everything right. Gavin the Salesperson, sent me photos, with all the blemishes so I knew what I was getting into. I asked tons of questions, they provided the answers promptly. Lindsey, was incredible in Finance. She helped me with all of the licensing, connecting with my bank for financing, the bumper to bumper warranty (which really was the slam dunk). Pleasant, competent people. What a breath of fresh air...They make is seem so easy, but its really rare these days. The sales manager, incredible guy ( sorry I cant remember his name) made the delivery of the vehicle right to my door, with a reasonable fee. Ive worked in technical sales most of my life. “I did a ton of research on Lincoln Navigators before ultimately choosing the Stevens Creek dealership. It took about two weeks for me to decide on which specific Navigator I wanted along with a fair price that I was willing to pay. I sent an online request through their website and was contacted immediately by salesman Peyman M. He was enthusiastic about the selection of vehicles offered and did not hesitate to stand by his offer in writing. Emailed it to me right away. The GM, Frank, was so personable and they both worked together to deliver my dream Navigator. When I needed some time to think about it and pursue some other options there was no pressure or frustration, only patience and a friendly check in here and there to let me know they were willing to go above and beyond. In the end, I went back to Peyman because I felt he was really working hard for my business to negotiate not only a higher price for my trade-in that equaled my best offer but also delivered the lowest selling price for the car. This dealership is under construction right now so it’s a temporary location, but really it’s about the people and the service and both were top notch along with the finance manager who processed all of our paperwork. No games, no “what’s it going to take for you to buy this car today” gimmicks. Just honest and sincere people who are no BS and totally relatable and very good at what they do. Buy your car here. Even if you have other Lincoln dealers closer to your house. You won’t regret it. Ask for Peyman. He will come through for you.”
