“Service department feels like a ripoff and totally inept. Initally dropped off my car for something which I thought was a warranty claim. Upon inspection, service department told me it was external damage and would be 600 for inspection. To be fair, it was external damage and not a warranty issue. After some back and forth (see text logs), I declined the repair. Suddenly it was only 590 for the entire fix due to them mis-reading the notes. I had given them the benefit of doubt since this could be an honest mistake, however I had become cautious of their intent and wanted them to just not do the fix. I collected the car and I should have checked the car thoroughly at that point itself, but didn't since I didnt know where the fix was done. After I got the car back, I noticed some glaring issues. 1. The front bumper was scratched near the place where they had opened it up. It looked like a machine made scratch. 2. The T30 bolts that were attaching the tub were half screwed. 3. The plastic trim piece hiding the internals was broken. I emailed this to the service director when I discovered, but there was no response. I paid for the bumper scratch to be fixed out of my own pocket. I will not be taking my car to them for any service or fixes in the future.”

“From start to finish, me and my family's experience buying the 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe was outstanding. The dealership (and especially my sales agent, Mr. Marcos Martinez) made the process feel genuinely tailored to our family’s needs — not just another transaction. Marcos took the time to understand our family’s daily routine — school drop-offs, weekend trips, car seats, electronics in the back — and helped us pick a configuration that would work not just for today but for growing years ahead. The walk-through of features wasn’t rushed; USB/wireless charging ports, how the third row folds, etc. Marcos even showed us how to fold the rear seats and load big items, which is something many families will appreciate. Financing and trade-in negotiations felt transparent — we weren’t pushed into an add-on we didn’t need, and Marcos explained optional packages in terms of our needs rather than pushing “what’s popular.” After purchase, the dealership followed up with a call/email to make sure we understood all the systems and that everything was working properly — not just on “day one” but a week later. That kind of post-sale attention matters in a family car. When we asked about maintenance, warranties, and service intervals, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly (not condescending) — thanks to Marcos making sure we felt comfortable. Great when you’re juggling kids and car seats and want a low-stress ownership experience. Marcos pointed out that while full-size SUVs like the Tahoe carry higher purchase and operating costs than smaller crossovers, the durability, space and flexibility make them a worthy investment for families who really use the third row and tow gear occasionally. We noted that fuel economy isn’t fantastic for the bigger engines (something to factor in if you drive a lot of city miles). Marcos was honest about trade-offs like size (parking in tight spaces) and potential variants (engine/trims) so we didn’t go in with unrealistic expectations. The dealership (via Marcos) made sure we had a full demonstration of all connectivity features (Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, rear USB ports) so we could make sure the kids and gadgets were configured before we left. We left feeling confident that this 2026 Tahoe was not only the right vehicle for our needs but that the purchase was handled with integrity, attention and care — exactly what you want when buying a family vehicle. If I were to recommend this dealership and this particular sales experience (especially working with Marcos) to friends, I absolutely would.
