Buying a car can be stressful, but Sam and her manager, Chris, turned it into the smoothest experience we’ve had. Sam went above and beyond—she listened to what mattered to me and helped me without any pressure. She handled our questions with patience, kept communication clear, and made the test drive and delivery seamless. Chris ensured the pricing was transparent and fair, worked with us to get comfortable numbers, and kept the paperwork efficient. We had a great experience buying our car. Our sales person, Ford Schwartz, was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find the perfect fit for us. He was honest, straightforward and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him. Edward Chang was able to get us a great price on an extended warranty and spent time listening to our needs which we really appreciated! The vibe inside the dealership was lighthearted and the whole experience was stress-free and easy. We are so happy with our Crosstrek!

Had an awesome experience with Stephen Fitch Sunday. My first time buying a new car in decades. No high pressure. Instead respectful information, sincere professionalism and true interest and focus on what we were looking for. The entire staff at DGDG Subaru in San Jose were great. Friendly and welcoming. Initially went in to just check out some new cars because mine was on its last legs. Talked to Michael and he was really helpful and understanding with what I wanted. He gave me his opinions on the cars on the lot which really helped. I then went in the following week to test drive but Michael wasn't in. Sam came in to help me since he wasn't in and we went for a test drive in a WRX. It was awesome talking to her. Really great customer service! She helped me as much as she could, clarified things for me when I asked. Extremely honest! Which I absolutely love and patient with letting me make my decision on things Sam also had the perfect timing for her follow ups and made time to speak to me in person and on the phone when I asked. Edward was great as well! Wasn't pushy with anything but gave his honest reccomendations which I believe were great reccomendations when we were closing out the deal. Thank you everyone for your help! I'm extremely happy with my car purchase

Went in to service my 2019 Premium Subaru Crosstrek for its 84k mile maintenance. I’ve been thinking about buying my second Subaru for a while now. Ended up test driving the Wilderness Edition Crosstrek and loving it! I purchased my 2nd Subaru the same day. The nice gentlemen that helped me throughout the process was mister Ford Schwartz. He was very detailed and attentive. Answered all the questions I had. Very excited to pass down my passion for Subarus to my loved ones and the future generations to come :)
