“You need to come to down to car time Inc 1, if you are looking for a car! I had called Sunday morning and spoke with Sonia about a car I saw on their website. Sonia was very helpful in giving me the details about the car I was looking at. Sonia made me very very comfortable and advised me to come on down to look at the car in person. I'm truly lucky I did, I was greeted like I was a family member as soon I pulled into the lot. I was greeted by Faz and Sonia immediately. Sonia picked up were we left off on our phone call and I was able to walk away with a car I've always wanted. Thank you Car time and Thank you Sonia and Faz for helping me out!”

“GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This is the WORST place to buy a vehicle from! First of all they discussed your file and details with people that are not even cosigning on the account or a part of the car buying purchase to begin with. I was sold a 2015 Chevy Tahoe, with the steering wheel column cover not on it. They went back-and-forth for months, attempting to order the piece, however, the piece they ordered was not the correct piece. I move out of the state and have only had the vehicle since October 2024, because the steering wheel column cover is not on there that led me to believe that they changed out the ignition switch because they didn’t have a key to the vehicle. well, when my tire goes flat, I try to change the tire with a full spare underneath it and realize that the key lock doesn’t match the key that goes to the ignition nor does the key that goes to the ignition match the key lock on the door. So they have sold me a truck that has one key to it which initially wasn’t a problem… However, now if I lose The clicker, then the key that starts the truck will not open the truck nor release the spare. So! I had to drill out the key lock to access the place where you wind the mechanism down to release the tire only to find out that the crowbar pieces are broken. Thanks a lot CARTIME! Next stop….BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! I would suggest that everybody report them to the BBB if you have any issues with your vehicle because doing a Google review is not going to hold them accountable. If they have enough claims with the BBB, then there will be more done and they will be held accountable. TERRIBLE PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE!!!”
