“These guys are awful and sketchy. I just bought an Audi Q4 from them a week ago. It is 2024 with 11,000 miles. Immediately upon driving off their lot it was clear there were issues with battery. It would go from 160 down to 80 after ten miles. I spoke with the person who sold me the car several times with my concern. Each time he gaslit me and told me that no, this is just how Audis act with a new driver. Just wait. Just charge again As an aside, he also told me that the Tesla adapter was available today for the Q4. This was just another lie. I write this from Donner Pass at 6:15pm in the freezing cold, in the dark, in the middle of nowhere. The battery dropped from 165 miles to 7 miles over the course of 30 miles. We are now stranded here in the dark, cold, and no available tow truck drivers for two hours. All because the sales person lied over and over again. I would not trust this dealership based on my experience.”

“My salesman, Isaiah, was good to work with as was the rest of the staff but the lasting impression of the experience was the wait for the finance department. If we’ve agreed on a price and everything else has been sorted via email, it shouldn’t still take me 2hrs to sign the paperwork with the finance team. I’ll still give them 5 stars but don’t make any plans expecting a fast experience when you go to take delivery.”
