“Purchased a 2023 gv60 performance. Daniel director of operation gets a five star for his service only. the dealership overall gets a one Star due to the inspection report, poor service, and refusal to stand behind their limited warranty policy. The rear brake was damaged and had lines over it on the rotor when it was delivered, I drove it straight to Firestone where the brake damage was noted with photos. Ever cars did not offer a resolution whatsoever, and did not have an excuse as to why and how could the vehicle be driven for 15 minutes and all this brake damage which is cut into the rotor after a long period of time and is suddenly there in a busy area with fairly maintained roads after delivery. The real kicker thing is they gave me a dummy key. I actually don’t even have the real original key and the vehicle was the lease from Los Angeles. When lease vehicles are returned It is to be returned with three keys and a digital key card. The digital key card in the main key are registered to the car, but I cannot have them or locate them. Daniela, who works at the dealership and does a lot of the finance documents is mostly terrible. It’s impossible getting in contact with her. She doesn’t answer the phone emails or text messages in a timely manner as soon as the car was dropped off she stopped responding whatsoever, once you get your car from the dealership dropped off don’t expect them to contact you back. You will have to complain and speak to multiple people to get a response. This is other people say on here. They are confused and have no legal or legit documentation to prove the battery warranty of 100k is legit but that it’s a mandated law. They don’t seem to have much knowledge in the product they are selling. They are quick to do delivery. The vehicle was not cleaned was dusty and the tires had wrinkled dried out rubber. For a 2023 purchased after new year 2026 with 17,000 miles I think you would expect it to be cleaned deal detailed and polished for something that is $35,000 especially when you’ve purchased a warranty from them. Instead, I had to deal with cloudy paint they advertise the vehicle or something very shiny The vehicle was brought in and I purchased a vehicle even before it was ready to be listed for sale. It doesn’t really add up how the paint became all cloudy right after the vehicle was delivered. You’re much better off going to a car dealer branded dealership. A lot of these Asian thought up and run dealerships are very poorly run and you should stay far away from.”

“I had never heard of this company before and I’m so happy I found it. My car I traveled to the Bay Area with was totaled and I had to be back in LA 2 days later. I was so stressed and kinda stranded with no car. I found them online made an appointment with Diego and went to see the Genesis GV60 performance. I go in and the vibe was so good! They had water, coffee station and cold brew on tap. They had phone charging stations and couches and tables with chairs to sit while waiting. Diego went on the test drive with me helping me navigate SF streets. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. No one was pushy or trying to sell me on anything. They had the car charging and detailed while I filled out my paperwork. The finance manager Janet made it quick and easy and I was off in my new car shortly after. All staff I came across had good vibes and energy and helpful. Other dealerships of Genesis brand lied to me and said the Genesis Gv60 doesn’t come with leather or Napa leather just trying to get me to buy what they had in stock. What I saw with Ever Cars was that they offer premium options, fully loaded, one of a kind type gems. And to top it off they are extremely affordable/ was lower prices than the other deal ships with no add on options. I absolutely cannot thank Diego and the team enough for making my stressful situation to an easy happy outcome with my new dream car!!”

“I purchase a used car at Evercar, at first I hesitant to buy as the whole process needed to be online, including wire transfer. Everything came out as expected, no problems. It has been 20 days and im happy with my car. One thing I will suggest is to incorporate a tool that could let know the customer the process of the purchase, payment went through, car is getting ready to ship, etc.”
