“Good, low-pressure sales process, but poor warranty/etc coverage. My own fault for buying a maintenance program upgrade - should’ve known better. Was told at time of purchase I could “just call” to cancel the maintenance program upgrade if I wanted to (so long as I hadn’t used it - which I haven’t). Needless to say, calls/voicemails with requests to cancel go unresponded to, and my written request via their website to cancel my program also isn’t acknowledged. A bit disappointing from a BMW dealership, would’ve expected this type of behavior from a secondhand car shop.”

“We just bought a car from BMW SF and had a great experience. I normally shy away from new car dealers as I have never liked the process and the BS that tends to go along with this major purchase..but in this case I was pleasantly surprised. Our sales guy was Ray Manas and he was terrific from start to finish. Price negotiations were straight forward, communication was excellent at all times (our car was in production so it took a month to be delivered), and the delivery process was easy as it could be. Even the finance dept was friendly, without BS pressure. We left satisfied. I'd buy from them again and would happily recommend the dealer and especially our sales guy.”
