“Alright so story time!! I had a 2012 Volkswagen Beetle since I was 19. I’m now 28, so 9 years with my beautiful beetle. For me, the cars face means everything to me. It has to be cute, so that’s why I bought my beetle. The wide eyes, to the cute smile when I walk up to my car. When I was young it was either a bug/beetle or a mini cooper. Because how cute the wide eyes are. I also love small cute cars. If you know, you know about the face of cars. Anyways, in September I was driving home from work. Unfortunately at the intersection I was involved in an accident. It wasn’t my fault so I got the insurance from the person at fault. It was a week before I birthday. My Volkswagen Beetle was pretty beat up but I thought it was a blessing in disguise to fix my beetle… Fast forward, I took my beetle to the auto body shop & the next day I was emailed by the insurance company that my car was deemed “salvaged”. Honestly I’m just a girl and did research and saw that it basically meant “no good”. I was really upset because why was I basically losing my car when it wasn’t my fault :(? Anywho, fast forward 2 months. I Ubered for months and lost alot of money. I saved money for months so I could have a down payment (also from my payout from the insurance company). I found a mini cooper I really liked from this shop. After work I got a ride and met up with “David”. He was my salesman. “Lisa” the woman at the desk greeted me with such joy and made me feel welcomed. Honestly when I bought my beetle my dad was with me and helped me with everything. This time though, I was by myself. I was super nervous/anxious but David made me feel so comfortable about everything. He asked me all the right questions and helped me so much. I went in there with a number and he helped me get there no problem. Once all the numbers were finalized I was brought to a cool office with a gentleman named “Travis”. He made my experience also even better. Very knowledgeable and helped me get the best deal It was such an amazing experience… after losing my beetle (which was like a baby to me)it really sucked. But having mini cooper help me find my dream car was all worth it. Mini cooper feels like family to me now and I highly recommend coming to this location if you want the best experience.
