I took my 2016 GMC Acadia in yesterday to service a check engine light. My car was nearing 100k miles so my dad and I decided to walk around the car lot to check out new cars. We had a simple question about one of them and walked up to Anthony and he immediately helped us. He was not pushy at all and very nice and knowledgeable. We ended up taking a few cars for a test ride. At the same time we found out that my car would need about $5k in service repairs so we knew it was time to get a new one. Within a few hours I purchased a new GMC Yukon AT4 with the assistance of Anthony. Anthony was with us from around 9:30 AM to 5 PM and he was extremely professional and listened to all of our wants & needs. He helped out anyway he could. If you can get Anthony to be your car salesman, you won’t regret it! Thank you! :)

The dealership’s location isn’t great. Customer service was decent once someone finally helped, but I had to wait around for roughly 10 minutes before asking for assistance. First impressions matter, and this one could have been better.

I have no clue how a business can survive without returning phone calls and making offers that they don't stand by. The unique thing is that the only response to negative Posts is 'call us'. Very briefly, I was dealing with Sales Manager Josh Hayes and salesman Kevin(Boston) regarding a potential lemon situation on a new CT5 that I purchased. Many things were offered (non of which were met) and requests for calls were never made. Careful with Josh and Kevin. They played me until they were able to try and put the issue on GM and then they washed their hands of me. Good thing is that Ive been able to find an honest dealership to deal with.

Marvin K. Brown Cadillac is a great place to shop. This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from there. The first time was a used Acura MDX but this time it was for a new Cadillac Vistiq. Either time though, the one thing that has stayed consistent is their commitment to excellent customer service. Sales staff has the least pressure on you compared to other dealers and they have wonderful communication. I highly recommend that you work with our sales guy, Anthony. He truly wanted to make sure we would be happy with our purchase and not only did he answer all of the questions we had about the vehicle, but also battled for us to ensure we got the trade value on our Tesla that we needed in return to make this a perfect transaction. I also would like to thank the Finance team, who had us out the door in record time! Truly remarkable! Thank you to Anthony and the Marvin K. Brown Cadillac teams for a memorable car buying experience.

1 Star – Worst Service Experience Ever I prepaid over $1,000 for a part, and when it finally came in, the service department just shipped it back to the supplier and kept my money with no refund. It’s now been over 6 months and I still haven’t gotten my money back. They don’t call, they don’t update me, and they flat-out ignore me. I was referred to Greg White, the service manager, but he doesn’t return calls either. This is theft, plain and simple — they stole my money and refuse to make it right. It’s a shame because the sales department was always great — we’ve purchased three cars here with no issues. But under Greg White’s management, the service department is an absolute joke. Avoid this service department at all costs. They kept my money for over 6 months with no refund. I will never get service here again, and I’ll never buy another car from them either.
