“In the past week I have taken my car into Kearney Mesa VW twice for somewhat routine but necessary servicing. The first time in I met Norm, the service writer, and he was extremely courteous and professional. He met me at the curb and we went through exactly what I wanted done and we talked about the car history and what other things may need to be addressed. He was really good. I elected to stay in the vicinity and wait for the car so I wandered around. Norm texted me as soon as the car was done and it was right on time. After the servicing there were a few items identified that he went over with me. I declined to address them at the time but after I left I got a text and he told me to just contact him directly if I wanted to take care of any of it. Three days later I decided I wanted to do one of them. I texted Norm and he had me in the shop within the hour and provided me with Lyft transportation as it was a lengthy fix. Again it was completed right on time! All in all it has been a great customer service experience!”

“I've bought a lot of cars over the years, and you never know what you're going to get when it comes to the buying / salesperson experience. I have to say working with Holly on this deal was a pleasure. I had done my research, and called around to several dealers seeking out the best price for my wife's new car (a 2025 Jetta GLI in Monterey Blue). My wife wanted an automatic, and there were only 13 in all of California, and only 3 were blue. Holly was friendly, personable, funny and accommodating the entire time. We worked out the numbers, and she was able to beat my other offers - even removing some optional items that we didn't need. We had to drive from LA to San Diego, but Holly had everything ready, so the process went very smoothly (and she even had my wife's new car right up front with a pink bow on the hood - my wife loved that). I know where I'm going the next time I need a Volkswagen, which may not be too long, as I'm really liking this GLI...”

“Overall amazing experience. We stayed well after closing deliberating price but the staff had the patience of a saint and still maintained their sense of humor. In my experience, when you hold a salesman’s attention for longer than an hour they start to check out and want you to leave. George was not that guy. He had us laughing and feeling comfortable. He even said “maybe it’s because I’m new”. I hope he never gets jaded because his character is a huge reason as to why we made a deal that day. We will 9 times out of ten sleep on a decision. George is going to be really successful. Jorge, the manager, stayed late to help and showed us nothing but kindness and provided prospective from their side of the deal. Enrique, finance was also really go and forthcoming. Don’t think you’re safe tho! He will haggle too. Thanks guys. All round great experience.”
