“Long story but somehow this was the second card I purchased and the fourth dealership I visited in a 5 day period. Safe to say this has been a stressful and frustrating process, not to mention expensive. I had to return a vehicle after purchase a few days ago after an inspection showed damage that was not previously reported (not at this dealership). I found the right car and despite a long drive at 6am, I decided to come to BMW San Diego. Thank you Ziad (Zee) with sales and Marco in finance for a very smooth, seamless transaction. I drove about three hours to meet with Ziad (who came in before the dealership opened) to see a vehicle. They were very fair with their pricing, offer on my trade in, as well as financing terms. I was able to wrap up the entire transaction within about two hours start to finish. Of note, Ziad personally made sure the car was adequately clean before giving me the keys which I actually really appreciate because I had noticed small blemishes. I think that speaks volumes that he would take the time and effort to make things perfect despite the deal already being “closed”. I also appreciated Marco in being thorough and transparent through the finance process. Specifically when discussed extended warranty options for the vehicle. Thank you for the smooth day.
