“I went to Test Drive a new RHO. I was told that this truck is $10k over MSRP. I said “fine, can you please get the keys so we can go?”Salesman said his Manager said there’ll be no test drive unless I commit to buying it. No argument, I just left. I test drove the Raptor and TRD instead. But luckily found an RHO while in Odessa TX to test drive. All I can say is wow. I would have bought right then and there, but just like North Star, Odessa also had the lesser mind to charge $10k over MSRP. I was even lectured on how “supply and demand” work 🤦🏻‍♂️. I called Mark Dodge in Louisiana, found the exact truck I saw at North Star with more options AND $12k UNDER MSRP!! I’m now rolling in a sweet RHO, fully loaded (meet Rhona, pic below). Mark Dodge gets it, they’re smart. And the largest Ram truck dealer in the US apparently. I can only imagine what parts and service are like here at North Star. More like one star, and I’ll pass. But thanks for the heads up fellas, I now know where not to call for a future ride or service.”

“Buyer Beware – Misleading Info and No Accountability I purchased a Jeep from this dealership while living in Dallas. My dad worked remotely with Craig in their San Antonio location. Before purchase, Craig sent over a video, and my dad asked specifically about what looked like missing paint on the front driver’s side. Craig claimed it was just a mark on his camera lens. Once the Jeep was delivered to me, it was obvious the paint was in fact missing—right where we had asked about. On top of that, a few windows had scratched or missing tint—issues that were never disclosed. Instead of acknowledging the issue, Craig shifted the blame to the delivery driver and offered no support or resolution. It’s disappointing to experience such a lack of honesty and accountability, especially when making a major purchase. The Jeep itself is great, but this situation has left a sour taste. I’d caution others to get everything in writing and have someone inspect the vehicle in person before trusting what’s said over the phone or in video. This felt like a classic case of saying what’s convenient to close the sale—and then disappearing when problems surface.”
