“ABSOLUTELY BY ZERO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ROYALLY PHUX YOU AND YOUR WALLET OVER BY GOING HERE... I had to leave my Grand Cherokee SRT8 with them for 2 months apparently waiting on Mopar parts for the drivetrain to the tune of $9k that are warrantied for 2 years. Get the car back everything seems ok but there's this slight vibration at like 60 mph so outta pocket I go buy new sway bar, endlinks, new rims, new tires, I have it aligned 2 times and lastly I bought some tow links for the rear since that's where it was coming from. To my surprise the axels they so called replaced are covered in rust. That don't happen in Texas not in 2 years. So I look at the tag on them.. it's for a 2010.. they put used parts that were 2 years older than my 2012 on it. Then the service manager lied, quit returning calls and emails I call stellantis they say go through the dealership so I do so I'm getting the run around so I sued them and my $9k bill I had has now turned into a $90k lawsuit that I just made them aware of due to them knowing doing this I'm eligible for treble damages, 3 times the amount plus lawyers fees and court cost. And it's open and shut case and they still want to ignore me. That's fine when the judge mails you the decision and it says you need to pay me $90k maybe you'll take me seriously then. Now get to work.. I need my 90”

“I scheduled my complimentary oil change following purchasing my new Jeep Gladiator from Steele back in July 2025. I got numerous reminders asking me to confirm my appointment and check in my vehicle. For whatever reason I couldn't confirm my appointment using the confirmation code provided to me, though I was able to reply to one of the texts using the word confirm. On arriving at the dealership at my designated time, I was told that the wait would be 2-3 hours because there were a number of walk-ins ahead of me. To me it is odd that walk-ins get presidence ahead of confirmed appointments. I was told that it is better to come back at 3pm when the service lines are dead. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time. I'll use another dealership for my complimentary maintenance next time. And will probably just go ahead and use a '15 minute oil change' provider this time rather than be messed around by a dealer that I made a considerable purchase from. Sorry Steele.”

“OMG — THE BEST!
Tom Cruz, Isaiah, and the service department are my heroes. On the coldest day of the year, Tom and Isaiah helped me get my car after service hours — even though they aren’t technically in service. They still took better care of me than BMW or any other company I’ve used.
When I finally came back for my remaining services, the department manager was so kind and helpful. I’ve never felt so supported — I truly felt like family. I’m not usually someone who posts reviews or shows a lot of affection, but I literally hugged Tom because I couldn’t believe how much help I received.
Everyone was kind and understanding throughout the entire process. If you have a Jeep (or any vehicle), trust me — just come here.”
