“By far the best experience iv ever had at a dealership. My truck had some major issues after CarMax completely screwed me over on the sale of a truck. This dealership not only fixed the problems but every single person I spoke with was respectful, kind and went above and beyond. Blake is the real winner for putting up with me, my questions, concerns and made the overall experience perfect. They’ve gained a customer for life. Bonus: they didn’t try to upsell me or add in a $150 filter while my truck was in service. They were honest, transparent and on point with every aspect of repair.”

“Brought my jeep here for an oil change and I notice it’s leaking oil all over my driveway the next day. Took it back in a few days later to drop it off and told them it has some kind of leak and for them to check the work they did. They called me and said it’s not leaking anything, it’s just residual oil coming out. Get it back and it’s still leaking all over my driveway, as you can see in the video that’s it’s clearly not “residual oil” I wish I had gotten the name of the service manager that told me that cause I know for a fact they didn’t even check it cause I told them I’m dropping it off cause I didn’t want to wait around at the dealership. So they clearly lied to me. Before taking it in the second time I wanted to get down there and see where it was leaking from and take a video of it so I don’t hear the same excuse again. It was leaking from the new oil filter they just replaced. The Machanic didn’t secure the oil filter. Shout out to a different service manager for the second time I came in,Joe, he got everything taken care of and was pleased with his service. Bottom line, I will never take my vehicle here for service ever again cause by the shabby work they did cost me a lot of time, our most valuable asset.”

“All three stars go to my sales man, I think his name was Ronald, Retired Army vet. I’d give less overall be he deserves that, I’d give 2 stars to his manager who wasn’t personable, and 1 star for finance. I got the price squared away on a Friday night so that Saturday I can be in and out, I waited 2 hours to sign for my car I didn’t even finance with them, and then waited another hour waiting for the car to be ready. I spent 6 hours total there, a new record personally, usually I get under 3 hours. But I got the best deal, and best salesman in town!”
