UNRESOLVED PROMOTIONAL PAYMENT AFTER COMPLETED SALE I am posting this review to document an unresolved issue following a completed vehicle purchase at Mission Mitsubishi. As part of the transaction, I was informed that I would receive a $2,000 promotional check in my role as a cosigner. The purchase was finalized, and all required documents were signed. As of today, the check has not been issued. I have followed up multiple times and have remained flexible and professional throughout the process. Unfortunately, the matter has not been resolved, and communication regarding timing and next steps has been inconsistent. What was presented as a straightforward post-sale item has taken significantly longer than expected. I am sharing this experience so future customers and cosigners understand the importance of obtaining clear written confirmation and timelines for any promotional payments discussed during the sale. I hope Mission Mitsubishi addresses this promptly and improves post-sale follow-through for future customers.”
