“I drive a 2019 F-150 and started noticing that it wasn’t running as it should. There were no lights or warnings on, but since I drive it daily I knew there was something going on. I took my truck to McCombs Ford West Service Department and Raudel Martinez and all of the other staff were awesome from beginning to end!
I had an extended warranty on my vehicle, and they worked with them, sent them the photos and info they needed to get it approved and kept me informed every step of the way. They text, emailed and called to keep me updated on my truck, and even completed the repairs 2 days before they estimated it to be finished!
I was so stressed and worried about the repairs, and they made the process smooth and painless! I’m very thankful I chose them for this job, and will be using them for any future needs as well. I’m also going to start using Quick Lane for my routine maintenance needs!”

“I came in to upgrade my baby Bronco (Sport) for a big Bronco. Matt Campos very promptly approached me, shook my hand and showed me the Bronco I was interested in. Throughout the whole process, Matt was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and timely. After the sale, he made sure all of my questions were answered, my plates were installed properly, helped me set up all of the Ford connectivity features, and a couple days later arranged for the door protection film replacement as I requested. Matt really made the entire process as painless as possible. By far, the best salesman I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with!”

“The Ford service department can be time consuming and hectic given the type of service and repairs needed. However, I have to give recognition when service meets or exceeds any customer expectation. I own a 2018 Ford F150 Lariat Super Crew Cab, it is worth noting some of the concerns and issues I have been dealing with since purchasing this vehicle; I’ve had my taillights stolen, door actuators malfunctioning, A/C cold on driver’s side hot on passenger’s side, tailgate found open randomly, but Wayne and Arthur took some time to hear my complaints, and met with me personally to find a solution that best fits my needs and service. These guys have restored my faith and confidence in the brand and their services. Thank you Ford West and service the department, will see you guys again soon! 👍”

“Absolutely amazing car buying experience!!! We started with my husband's trade and purchase and ended making two more purchases that same week. One expedition platinum + 2 Mach E's. From start to finish the process was zero stress or pressure. Our salesman Jayden was the absolute best from the moment we stepped foot on the dealer floor. No pressure to buy, just all the needed info on what we were looking for. The finance desk manager Trey was also so hands on with the deals as far as reassuring us on next steps or answering any questions we had.
